I bought these as a gift for my boy friend and he loves them. The noise cancelling is very good. Good sound.

Before I jumped in at the top dollar I tried 3 other pairs between $120-$230. At the end of the day just spent the extra money it's worth it!

I use them when I workout - they make it easy to stay in the zone and not get distracted.

By resetting earbuds can resolve the problem but it will happen again after several uses. They are best sound quality compared to my Airpods pro but really uncomfortable to wear. Not recommended for small inner ears like mine. After all I decided to return them instead of exchanging for new ones.

Thank you for your feedback. If only using one earbud, make sure to use the right earbud.
The right earbud is the "primary" or main earbud; it controls the left earbud by relaying audio from the source device. If you place the right earbud in the case by itself with audio streaming and close the case, the audio will stop, and the earbuds will turn off.
