They dont have those rubber ear buds that other headphones have. The quality of the music is so nice. Plus they are noise canceling. Makes cleaning great. I cant hear the vaccum. also.... just put the headphones in your ear, conbect to Bluetooth and enojoy the sound. Thats all. Easy to connect.

Keep getting disconnected

I really like them overall, great Earbuds, but unfortunately, i dont know what it was, but randomly, they would disconnect from my phone(samsung s24+)and then connect again. It did it a lot of time. On the box it said made for iPhone but works with android. Im guessing thats why they would disconnect.

The "Made for iPhone" and "Works with Android" are not indicators of the earbuds working better with iPhones than Android phones, they are just part of the packaging to make it clear that they can work with either Apple or Android devices. Unfortunately the new Bose software is a little quirky in connecting the earbuds to bluetooth compared to the prior version. However once paired they work great.

And id say the fixed all my major issues with the ultras like the call quality volume which was always too low. My voice detect kept turning on and off but it was ok. Its more comfortable than the ultras. The case though... Its huge and doesnt sit comfortably in the pocket. It feels like theres a ton of negative space in it and because if its size i feel like if i fall or bump into something hard im going to smash it easily in my pocket.

I have never had noise cancellation headphones until now and I am completely in love with them! The quiet effect on them is almost trippy with how quiet they get but in a good way!! Absolutely would recommend over air pods!!

It’s the first time an ear bud fit properly and has amazing sound. I didn’t read the directions and still figured everything out pretty quickly so get BOSE! Enjoy! And I need bright green. These are purple. I still love them
