    Stay away only had them for less then a month and they don’t want to hold charge nor charge and doesn’t connect to Bluetooth

    For Apple this product is the worst choice ever

    The worst things ever sounds like I’m in a fish tank calls are choppy for iPhone it’s the worst stick to Apple products for phones AirPods and iPhones best bet iPhones and Bose the worst choice mic is choppy sound muffled like I’m in a fish tank

    The first pair that I bought would only charge one ear, I returned them the next day for a replacement. The second pair worked for a few days and then wouldn't charge properly so I returned them. I found the instruction support not very helpful. I thought they would be great as I have their noise cancelling headphones which are awesome.

    Right earbud only charges to 90%. After 15-20min they just turn off. Tried using for a week to see if the problem would work itself out. Then a month. But no. Going to exchange and try for a new pair in case these are just a dud. Luckily protected with BB coverage.

    It was good but not good at the same time. The bad thing about it is when every time I called the other person tells me I sound like a robot.. I have bowls surround sounds but they sound beautiful but I do not recommend the earbuds

    Worst earbuds ever. Don’t stay in. Case don’t stay closed. I literally threw them on the floor because they are useless in every way do NOT buy i repeat do NOT buy just buy some apple ones instead:)

Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case, and ensure the ear tips are securely attached.     I was told the buds would be delivered the next day which was great as then I did not have to go out in the snow. You lied and I got the buds after Christmas. They are now still sitting on the table unopened since arriving very late. You have like I hour to cancel and of course when they are late to bad for you. Best Buys no longer has me as a customer but Amazon does as they allow you to cancel if the product is late.

    I wanted to like these, but they do not stay in the ear well during exercise, nor are they comfortable. The old sports buds with ear tips were better. I returned them BestBuy Annapolis was fantastic as always with their superb customer service.

    Great product just don't buy from Best Buy. Every bose product I've bought from them always malfunction. I bought a pair straight from bose. They work great,so id get them straight from bose....which is on Amazon.

    I was thinking about this earbud Bose was a good choice, before I used Jabra withow problems, First when I put this earbud you can’t heard anything, especially when you wearing just one side for work , second , this boses no have tract you device like Jabra have so If you loose is very hard to find, sorry Bose but I’m going back to Jabra

You should be able to use either of your QuietComfort Earbuds; the in-ear detection will identify whether you're wearing both buds or just one, and you can simply tap the earbud you're wearing to start your audio.
