I went to Best Buy to purchase another pair and one of the employees convinced me to give these Bose a shot with a 2 week return frame. I wear these when working outside, it rained for the 2 weeks following so I didn't get a chance to use them until week 3. I had non stop issues with the left ear disconnecting, & randomly stopping playing. Called Bose and they sent a replacement pair. The replacement pair has the same exact issues plus more. The left ear continually disconnects or will play for a few seconds then stop, if I lean over both stop playing, any outside noise such as equipment running or strong wind creates an amplified static noise when using the noise cancel feature. I have done every update, reset, etc.. Bose will only offer a refund for up to 90 days if purchased directly from them so now I am starting the process to get another replacement pair. However, they did say that if pair #3 continues with the same issue they may consider a refund. Highly dissatisfied and would not recommend to anyone.
