    Original pair failed after 5 days. replacement pair seem OK. But voice command function turns off by itself. So far I liked my old Bose headphones much better, to lasted 4 years.

    Excellent buds. No hassle purchase. This is my sec9nd pair of Bose air buds. The case appears to be of less quality than my first pair.

    Disappointing, bad call quality and annoying Bluetooth connectivity. Feel like I should’ve just went with AirPods even though I dislike them.

    I have had these for a month and have had nothing but issues with them not charging or not holding a charge. The y won’t connect to the app for the setup so I can access them through their. I’ve tried taking off all of the rubber ear pieces to no avail, they still won’t charge.

    Don’t fit in ears.

    Sound great, will not stay in your ears. Wanted them for the gym…if you do minimal movement while working out, these fall out. And when they fall out, they have a tendency to roll 12-15 feet away. I couldn’t make ie thru my warmup sets without them falling out multiple times. Don’t waste your time or money with these.

    These ear buds say noiseless but i can still hear in background when having them on. Also i don't like the fact that when i remove the buds with placing them back in the dock, it does not automatically disconnect.

      Hello, if you are still hearing external noise whilst wearing the earbuds, you may need to adjust your ear tip and stability band sizes. When using the correct size the ear tips will create a seal in your ear canal which will improve the noise cancellation.       Regarding the earbuds not disconnenting when removing them after use. you will need to place both earbuds in the charging case and then close the case. The status light glows according to the earbuds battery level. The earbuds will disconnect from your device and power off.     Terrible fit. The noise canceling was great but the slightest missfit of the ear piece or bump would turn off. The controls are super sensitive and overly complicated. The plastic ear shield for nouce cancelling and to turn on off when not in ear constantly came lose or lost.
