    I have had these for a month and have had nothing but issues with them not charging or not holding a charge. The y won’t connect to the app for the setup so I can access them through their. I’ve tried taking off all of the rubber ear pieces to no avail, they still won’t charge.

    Terrible fit. The noise canceling was great but the slightest missfit of the ear piece or bump would turn off. The controls are super sensitive and overly complicated. The plastic ear shield for nouce cancelling and to turn on off when not in ear constantly came lose or lost.

    Garbage version of their better product. Not worth half this price. Garbage build with garbage materials. Feels and performs like cheap garbage. I say this as a long time bose loyalist, I trusted the brand to not make a garbage line of products, but here we are.

    Cant turn off auto-off, or the off ear detection.

    Bose has failed to update these earbuds with an ability to turn its finicky auto-off feature. The app is missing an on and off ear detection control, too. Theyve been out a while. Theyve been updated without these feature. It seems shady, Bose. Returning these. Dont get until they update this. Considering how long its taking… deeply disappointed.

    The sound is not great. The fit is not good. They hurt the ears. There is a hallow soind almost like an echo. Excellent battery life. Connects easily.

    Very Disappointing Product

    Goods: sound quality, fit, and battery. Bads: the ear buds have a "feature" that automatically powers them off after a few minutes of remaining immobile (e.g. sleeping). This wouldn't be a big deal if you could disable this feature, but you can't. Bose has been saying they are going to fix this in a firmware update since March 2025 but they haven't. This is completely unacceptable for a product like this. The buds are also very sensitive to moisture. After working out in the yard about 3 months after I bought these some sweat must have gotten in them. Since then, the Aware and Noise Canceling modes are unusable due to an irritating popping noise.

    Good sound, but difficult to custom fit

    These kept falling out of my ear. I tried to select other cushion sizes, however they were cumbersome and difficult to install and orient properly on the earbuds. I returned them and purchased the Samsung Pro3 buds.

    They’re great for listening to music but not for Bluetooth phone use UNLESS you’re in a very quiet place so the person on the other end can hear you. Otherwise, they won’t hear you, UNLESS you’re one notch below yelling. AND, I Connor for the life of me, figure out how to end a call?! I can’t even find instructions ANYWHERE to tell me.

    Calls on earbuds are no good. Rubber that is meant to keep earbuds in is surprisingly painful. Had better luck with Sonys midrange price earbuds. Super clear calls and sound.

    These work as expected about half the time. I’ve tried the troubleshooting tips and nothing helps. I’ve previously had good experiences with Bose so this is surprising. When they work, they’re great, but working 50% of the time is not acceptable.

    Complete trash. The left earbud randomly turns off and Bose has no answer why they’re defective via customer support. No replacement. No help. Just a bad product by a bad company. Do not buy these. They are a waste of money.
