Best earbuds I’ve ever used. I live in New York City, so noise-cancellation is a main concern. These do better than any other earbuds I’ve ever tried, and better than most over-the-ear headphones to block out noises of loud music in the gym, airplane and traffic noises. The Bluetooth connectivity is great. My iPhone connects to these right away, and never drops the connection until I purposefully disconnect. I dinged this product two stars under “connectivity” because of flaws in the charging case (see below). The charging case is not as good as the earbuds themselves, and as far as I know, as of this writing, there are no Second-Gen cases available separately yet. Two things have happened with the cases for me on this and the First-Gen versions. (1) they stop charging one of the earbuds, or (2) charge them unevenly, so that one reaches 100% while the other reaches only 80%. I’ve tested this with the same buds in other charging cases, and concluded the problem lies with the charging cases. With the First-Gen version, one of my buds developed a kind of short or internal electrical issue that produced a constant static clacky sound. I hope this Second Gen pair does better!

The sound is awesome and the Noise Cancelling is superb. Because of the noise canceling it takes a little adjustment to recognize sounds of approaching vehicles when walking. Once you've heard a few then it becomes no issue. Once you find the right size fit they are very comfortable and secure in the ear.

Audio Quality is excellent. They are comfortable to wear, and they cancel out most of the noise around me as well.

These earbuds are terrific. I just recently used them while on an airplane. They were great at cancelling the noise of the plane and the immersion setting for music was great. I also worry about earbuds falling out but these remained in place the entire time.

Great sound from these comfortable and well sized in-ear earbud style headphones. The modes of Awarel, Quiet and Immersion provides a good combination of options from outdoor walking to serious listing.

I have had every version of the bose quite comfert head phones and theas are better then the last. I work in construction were i wear these for 10+ hrs a day there comfortable and the nose canceling cant be beat. And there sound quality is top notch and not just all base. My only complaint is they have gone up in price. I would buy them again if i had to i would juts wait until they were on sale

Perfect sound. The noise canceling is absolutely fine. The bass sound is very good. Finally, a pair of headphones that won't fall out of my ears. I recommend them to everyone,

Really great earbuds, especially the noise-cancelling features. I was really impressed with the sound quality. They are lighter than the previous versions and more comfortable to wear for long periods.

Great sound, noise cancelling is great, connects fast. Difficult to get out of the case. No biggie.

Great fit and customization with tips/wings where anyone should be able to make these comfortable. Audio quality is fantastic. Noise cancellation is class leading and honestly insane for a pair of earbuds. Transparency is good but not amazing. Few other products I’ve used are better there. Biggest issue I have is that when the right earbud is touched while in my ear it creates this weird reverb noise. Tried multiple different tips and adjusted how the buds sat in my ears, couldn’t fix this issue.

Comfortable and the noise cancelling works great. One should not ask me for a review if I need to input a minimum number of characters. So, although the product is great, the review process, not so much.

I liked the fit and design of this gen2 earbuds, sound quality is decent.

I got back into in-ear earbuds recently after having a terrible experience, and I'm so glad I landed on these! The sound is just phenomenal and the app is super easy to use to change the noise-canceling levels, the equalizer, and the immersive sound options. The fit is nice, and I'm glad it came with different sizes so I can find the best long-term fit size for me. Great product

I bought these as a gift for my mom and she absolutely loves the fit and sound quality of these headphones. She had called them the most comfortable headphones she’s owned.

I really like these headphones as they saty in place and are comfortable. I use them for lostening to my audio books and music. My husband uses his during his workouts and no complaints of them falling out.

OMG these are the GOAT! You got to get them noise cancellation awesome, ear fit awesome, sound that boom that smooth base aweeee... like cruising at the beach. I love them. I will buy more pairs for my family for Christmas. These will last forever most pairs I had from them last three to five years. You will thank me

Great sound quality and great noice cancelling. Had previous QC earbuds and decided to upgrade. Was 100% worth it. The fit is extremely nice now, and don’t have any issues when it comes to them coming lose or falling out. Battery life could be better

Bose is hands down the best I used the choices of immersive or not are great I use mine when I mow the grass no more loud lawnmower sounds they also hold a charge well

Sound is excellent and the ANC is unmatched! Even though its a bit bulky, it is probably the most comfortable earbuds i have. Case could be smaller. And even though it has wireless charging case now, i find you have to put it on a sweet spot for it to charge properly.

these ear buds are amazing. easy to pair and the noise canceling is so amazing for earbuds. i am always cautious about buying earbuds due to most being too large for ear canal to be comfortable, but these i can wear all day long.
