Customers consistently note the superb sound quality and outstanding comfort of the QuietComfort Ultra Headphones (2nd Gen). Many appreciate the exceptional battery life and lightweight design, making them ideal for extended use. Additional benefits include USB audio connectivity and a compact case for portability. However, some find the minimalist button design to be a drawback.

Just purchased them so i have not had much time to play around with them. So far they sound very good, like the prior model. They connect much faster to my laptop, unlike the prior model. I have noticed that when you are on a call if you speak too loud your voice will sound distorted, speak at a normal volume and it’s perfectly fine. Will be back with a more in-depth review once i have used them for a longer period.

These headphones are just awesome. I had them on for a 4.5 hour flight straight! Very very comfortable! Best bluetooth device I've purchased. No wonder why Bose is the best!

The noise cancellation and the audio is superb. Very easy to connect and very versatile; use at the gym, at school, studying, or for relaxing. Overall an amazing product would recommend!

Pretty good sound and very very comfortable!
I came from sony family. From xm2 to xm5. I switched every year looking to get perfect comfort. But no!
This bose solved it!!

Coming from Beats Studio Pro these are much better quality and a much comfier fit. Beats felt heavy and plasticky at times, while the Quiet Comfort Ultras are light and feel more durable. The richness in audio is very noticeable, and the noise cancellation is right there with Beats in my opinion. It might even better, but I would have to be a long term user to really test that. The transparency mode is great. The thing about these listening modes is 1) the audio tech obviously, and 2) the seal around your ear since they are over ear headphones. That makes the difference between the various listening modes. The midnight blue color is beautiful in person. Bose is an audio company anyway so I’m not surprised by their quality and detail with this product. The app is helpful because it allows you to discover YOUR perfect listening experience instead of depending solely on the tech and software inside the headphones.
Hope this helps somebody on the fence.

I really like the audio quality and comfortability on these but for how expensive these are I wish they had stereo audio but they seem to only have mono

I really love the sound quality and the battery life on my Bose headphones. I don’t like that they still make static sounds at times.

Big upgrade over Bose QC45

Coming from Bose QC45 I was worried that this wouldn’t be much of an upgrade and boy was I surprised. These headphones are absolutely amazing! Love the USB-C lossless audio support, head-detected auto-off (for those of us wearing these in the office this is clutch), and the sound quality is very lively for Bose headphones. I surprisingly didn’t need to EQ these for them to sound great. The noise cancelling is also vastly improved (and the QC45 were already a high bar) and the customizability of the ANC is much better now. Build quality is also very good and I like the styling.
