The problems, however, are pretty concerning. 1. In some very noisy environments, like subway, the noise cancellation sometimes stopped working, especially if the noise is high pitch. 2. Connectivity issue. Sometimes the music sounds fuzzy for no reasons, which looks like a connection issue. 3. Latency is pretty annoying. There's a slight delay when you play music on your phone.

I’ve owned a good amount of Bose headphones and their quality, durability and sound quality have always been top tier for me. Used them through 2 deployments and never had any issues. Unfortunately, I can’t say that for these. The constant, random disconnections from the phone. The numerous times they wouldn’t sync with each other (audio would be ahead on one, not the other). The repeated times they would shut down and be non responsive with a supposed 90% battery remaining.

There is a difference in quality build and sound. They fit in the same charging cases is one another. The immersiveness is gimmicky and I don't use it. Same with the Bose QC ultra headphones. Just gimmicky. Other than that it's very warm and engaging sound stage. Listening to EDM rock,country,whatever..... Classical even.Would purchased them again. No regrets.

The buds do transmit some wind noise during road cycling and the transparency mode could be a bit louder as to the outside world.

The bass is actually decent compared to Beats and Apple Pro. The only issue I have is using them while running. It slightly hurts my ears with every step.
