Good Bose sound, excellent immersion and aware features. For some reason the sound is not very loud for phone calls, which is pretty disappointing. If you have a suggestion for how to solve that, I would appreciate it.

Not 100% happy with the way it hooks up to the phone and you can’t hear phone calls that great. But music and everything else and the noise cancellation is awesome.

Great purchase overall I also have the 700’s and these have equal sound , amazing noise reduction, connect easily with the Bose app only thing that disappoints is the flimsy case definitely not made to last or to used in the real world. Battery in the case and buds has lasted a few weeks with every day usage off of one charge so far

I left airpods to get this and i feel i made the correct desicion. They sound better overall they super comfortable only downpart you cant see the case battery status. Over all great choice.

I like the last generation better than this new one, personally. The old case showed you the charge level more clearly and the buds were easier to remove & replace in the case. These new buds also dont stay in ky ears as well. The sound quality and noise cancelation is still great.

These are the most amazing earbufmds I have ever owned. Noise Cancelling. Spatial sound. Best purchase I have made in a long time. Makes me love music even more. I was worried about them staying in my ears. They do, amazing. They are an investment, but worth every fricken dollar. Wow, thats what I say every time I put them in and listen. Wow.

They sound and fit amazing. The connection is a little weak but overall they are great.

I’ve been through more ears buds most. Use them for work and play. Costs not an issue and have had really good ears buds at a lower cost point. Noise cancellation is epic,fit like a dream. The sound is very good and the Spatial Audio is also top rated. You will not be disappointed with these buds….

First pair of ear buds I’ve owned and they sound great! Fit my ears perfectly out of the box but, using the different ear tips and wings that come with it, should fit just about anyone. The noise cancelling works well but if you need to hear the environment around you, that’s possible too. Very pleased with these!

Good sound quality with ANC. If sweating or hands are wet and you activate ANC it will cylce thre the different setting. Also with high pitch noises the ANC will start the break noise cancelling and amplify the high pitch sound such as weed eater, hammer, high pitch pings, grinders. But over all good ear buds

These truly do have the bass compared to the Beats and iPods Pro. I like the Moonstone Blue color as opposed to the black and off-white. They fit quite well and really are husband-cancelling (oops noise-cancelling). It takes a little getting used to at first. I don't care for using the Bose app to connect via Bluetooth but it does have an equalizer.

Hmm. I used to be a faithful Bose customer. Gave these a chance and ugh. Outside of the superior sounds quality for music (when both buds connect, not just one), and the superior call quality (only for me, not the person on other end of the call, no noise cancellation for them, they hear everything around me and can’t hear me if there’s slight noise around me). In other words, if you don’t mind dealing with unexpected connectivity issues at random, and being perfectly still while on calls, when your buds decide to connect, then yeah, great buds. This is truly saddening as I’ve always loved the unmatched sound, and comfortable in ear buds, truly unmatched design. For the price tag, you’re better off dealing Apple AirPods falling out of your ears risking losing them but at least their connectivity is pretty solid and quality for the callers as well. I returned them. But I’m over the Bose thing. I used to buy every pair they came out with. They need to hire the Plantronics engineers for their noise cancellation secrets for the callers.

The sound is superior on these headphones. The comfort level is awesome compared to other top brands.

These earbuds great! There is one problem though. They have an issue with staying connected to devices and they shut off randomly. Outside of that they are great. The sound is amazing and it gives an immersive experience.
