Bose i will say hold there title when it comes to leading in sound quality in listening. There is very much needed work in when it comes to clear and efficient 2 way communications on the earbuds. Especially at the price tag. If you are looking for something when it comes besides talking (clear 2 way phone calls). Its a rates a 8-9. When it comes to communications it rates a 3-4 poor. Its all about what you are desiring, just for music great / noise canceling, but if your a person that needs it and uses it for communications it rates poor comparable to a pair of $30 ear buds. Personally i just traded mines in for galaxy 3 buds and saved over hundred dollars and i am satisfied so far with exchange.

i have owned mine for not even an entire year. for the amount of money spent they are cheaply built. the lid to mine is about to break off due to frequent use. i even have them in a protective case. sound quality and noise cancellation are both great but the case is not made of well quality at all. would not buy again. back to airpods i go. they also randomly disconnect and connect to the device.

Ear buds with great noise canceling and sound. Great battery time.

Two things stopping me from rating these earbuds 5 stars, First, they hold a charge for about 6 hours before having to take them out and charging them again in the case. Second, you can't charge them wirelessly without having to buy the wireless charging cover for an additional $50. They sound great and easy to use, otherwise.

The headphones themselves are fantastic but the app is horribly buggy and I’ve had loads of connection issues because of it. If you can get it to work then they are amazing in both sound quality and cancellation.

The sound and performancr of the headset is great. I would order a protective cover as the lid may break if you drop it, i prefer these over my airpod pro 2 in sound and fit.

These earbuds are truly noise canceling! I bought as these as a Christmas gift for my husband, and he has really enjoyed them. He had me try them out. The sound quality is great, phone calls are clear, I can confirm his voice comes through great without a lot of the extra noise you usually get through ear buds. Now I want a pair of my own.

Easy to pair with devices, sound quality is awesome & once it in your ear its very comfortable

Im a very big music listener. Home, traveling, work, working out, playing my video games. These earphones do wonders and have a crisp sound I enjoy. I will not put these down until there is an upgrade from Bose.

These are the best earphones that money can buy.Don't waste your money on apple.The sound quality is wonderful.The call quality is great.Best earphones ever i've had them for a couple of weeks now.I use them consistently.I've only charged them once

The Bose Earbuds are utter trash, the clarity is on point, they bring the bass, and have great functionality. My main problem with them is they sell you a warranty on a $300 pair of earbuds and then if you lose one will not replace it. Never will buy another pair of bose or protection plans from best buy.

I've owned these for less than a year and am incredibly disappointed. Sound quality Excellent, lots of connection issues with bluetooth, now earbuds are crackling/popping in my ear, like my older bose did, except those lasted 3+ years without a single issue. Bose you let me down. not a good value for the money!!!

Very good, sound quality is unmatched and great noise cancellation

I had the opportunity to buy the Bose - QuietComfort Ultra True Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Earbuds in Black and Silver highlights a few days ago. As a longtime admirer of Bose products, his is my 2nd Bose Earbuds purchase because it has the noise-cancelling feature, which is simply "mind-blowing." The Earbuds are easy to connect as pairing them to any computer or mobile device is a synch!!! And most importantly, the sound quality is second to none as they are made by the world-renowned leader in music sound systems. Simply awesome!!!!!

The best EarPods I've had and one of the best sound quality

The audio quality is superb, with only minor concerns with the Bose app only having a 3 band eq. They sound great straight out of the box so not much adjusting necessary. The noise cancelling is great as well. The phone call quality is awful, really bad. These are unusable if you need clear phone calls. Otherwise, great buds.

These are truly impressive in-ear headphones as they produce a robust and deep sound that honestly should not disappoint anyone. They are a truly excellent option for anyone looking for a high-quality in-ear headphone pair where you are both moving quickly and still want quality sound. Bottom line, I highly recommend them.

Nice sound quality. Fit right in my ears, and not too heavy

The design of these earbuds are something new. Upon use, it felt like they were going to fall out of my ears. I was going to change the rubber around the outside but then I started to hear a white static. I thought I was going crazy but it turns out, it's the earbuds themselves as I conducted a lot of audio tests. I would put them back in the case and the noise would cease only to resume again 10 minutes later. Did some digging and apparently, this is a persistent issue with these earbuds. The app is also a bit lackluster with a very basic equalizer. I expected a bit more advanced features. The noise cancelling is phenomenal but the constant white noise radiating from these earbuds is a deal breaker.
