Sound amazing but sometimes it just disconnec from source

By far the best earbuds I ever bought the noise cancelation works great inside it as a replacement for earplugs at work sound quality is top notch

Plus: Great sound, nothing beats Bose. Minus: Bose hasn't done anything much on phone calls, it is simply not comfortable for calls. Also the fit in the ears is not that great and it needs periodic adjustments. Sometimes it doesn't connect the left ear first time, needs re-inserting back into the case and take it back.

Very easy to connect with my phone. Has better sound than i was expecting. Much more comfortable than the previous ear buds I have owned in the past

A little expensive, but they sound great and the battery life is excellent.

Nothing can compare to Bose...the noise canceling feature works so well when I am at the gym it cancels out all unwanted audio completely. It makes me feel as if I am in my own world and I'm able to completely focus. There are other sound options as well that you can choose according to your mood and or surroundings. As far as the sound quality when listening to music....there is no comparison on the market. I wish the price was a bit cheaper but I guess quality comes with a price.

Absolutely amazing. Sound quality is second to none. I own a number of different earbuds and these are my #1 go to.

I thought the Bluetooth. Connectivity issue was a users error or people not having the latest update but it truly is a terrible problem. Had them turn off serval times within 5 days of use and eventually took close to 30 min to establish reconnection. I went back and grabbed a pair of Sony wf-1000xm5 and won’t be going back.

Awesome sound. Stays on during workout. Bought a protective case with snap on lock to prevent accidental falling off from case.

Bose is always the best. This is definitely an upgrade vs the previous version. Fits well, sounds well. Great pair.

The fit is great and cancelling noise more or less works. Sometimes it changes setting on its own but overall it works well.

Noise cancelling is the only great thing about these. Connectivity is terrible and they are not built to last. Bought these 4.17.24. After a couple months of having them I was having issues with keeping them connected to my laptop, which was one of the primary things I needed headphones for. Now they no longer connect to my laptop so I only use them with my phone. I still have issues with them disconnecting from my phone so I just deal with it. However, this last week my right ear bud has started making loud noises no matter what environment I'm in. Of course I went to Bose customer service and my warranty has expired. Best they can do is have me send in my current headphones and try and fix them but I have to buy a new pair in order to do so. Seeing as a new pair is $200 and I just bought these for $325 I will not be sending my headphones in. I am gladly switching back to Beats.

The wearing comfort is good, and the sound quality improves a lot.

The headphones are great the noise cancellation is amazing only thing is when wet fabric such as a hood touch’s them while running in the rain it can stop the music they’re touch sensitive ig but other then that they work great

Incredible performance from these earbuds! Have very rich and deep bass Clarity at max volumes My only con is it hurts your eardrums due to figment issues of the earbuds themselves. Aside from that these are a steal if you get them on sale

At times, my right earbud does not connect. I love the sound quality but the overall earbuds needs improvement on the connectivity. I had previous issues with a different bose earbud also not connecting properly.
