    Everything about this product is great except that the longevity is short...after a few months they tend to have something go wrong with them. Whether 1 ear stop working, or static sound arises, and also where the ear-bud slips out your ear, you have to be very careful with them not slipping out...

    Cons out of the way first. Call quality is hot garbage at best. Sound is muffled for both parties on the call. I wish I would of done more research on these before purchasing as this is a known issue. Can not turn off ANC. I wish it was set up like Jabra. On, Hear Through, Off. You can adjust it lower or put it in Aware mode which is similar to Hear Through. Pros. ANC is great. Sound is great for music, podcasts, videos ect. Great sound quality.

Regarding the ANC settings the QuietComfort only have adjustable levels and Aware Mode, which allows ambient sound in for better situational awareness.

    Love this when it's working, but i has terrible battery life & sometime the case doesn't even charge the earbuds while it's in the case all day. I don't know if it's a defect in the case/earbuds but there is no reason the charging should be so slow nor fully charge while in the case.

    Amazing noise canceling and sound but the connectivity sucks and right off the bat have problems with them charging in the case. Every time i go to use them they are at %10 or %0 battery.

      Hello Daniel, I am glad to see you enjoyed the amazing noise-cancelling and sound of the QuietComfort Earbuds.

      If the earbuds are losing charge while in their case i would like to suggest a few things,
      Make sure the earbuds are firmly seated on the charging pins when charging
      If you place both earbuds in the case and they are not seated on the charging pins, the earbuds will remain on and drain the battery
      The charging pins could also be stuck in a down position. You can push on the charging pin(s) to confirm they are moving up and down and not stuck in the down position.

    Wish I could still return, Problems from the moment I got them constanly disconnect from Phone and PC, then I need to reset inside case to get it to conect again. After working with Bose support I was told to ship them back then when recieved we will send out another in 3 weeks. Total turn around 4 weeks. at $249.00 this is completely unnacceptable. This will be the last Bose I ever purchase. Sad Bose use to mean top of the line product with best features and great customer service. Not any more.
