Started getting a wind sound on one of the ear buds after 13 months of owning them ( one month after the warranty ended) Their headphones are quality but not these ear buds.

Gets 2 stars only for the good noise cancelation otherwise goose egg! No wireless charging case, that’s $50 + extra on their site. No find my earbuds, it was dropped from these, really!! These are small and often misplaced.. Have my phone in my pocket and the connection is often spotty and yes I’ve updated all. Bose is overpriced and overrated!! Pass on these guys!

As for any issues with an unreliable connection, these can often be fixed by rebooting the connected device (e.g. your smartphone), or pairing a different device to the earbuds and comparing performance.
