    I had 2 pair of the bose ultra within a month. The left earbud kept going out. Would make stuttering noises and you couldnt hear anything. Before it messed up the sound was awsome and they were the best fit of any earbuds I’ve owned. Maybe it was just mine but after the 2nd pair went out i didnt wanna give it another try.

    Before I state my final warning, and review, here's the good: These things are amazing. Sound could be louder, but theyre great! My first pair were duds that i had to return, make sure you uave your reciept! ------- Heres the BIG downside... there are MANY connectivity issues which are WELL known by the bose community, where youll have to repair the earbuds, take them out, place them in the case, "reformat" them, over and over, etc. *** This is NOT an issue with the earbuds, but Bose's lack of desire to fix their FUDGING BUGGY APP!!! *** ITS BEEN AN ISSUE FOR MANY MONTHS AND BOSE REFUSES TO FIX THEIR FUDGING APP!!!!!! FOR A 300 DOLLAR PREMIUM ITEM THIS IS ABSOLUTELY IRRESPONSIBLE AND SHIRTY OF THEM!!!!!!! But aside from that (but lets be real. Its a HUGE issue and entirely something that they can fix, but refuse to because Bose is absolute dogshirt. (Replace "fudging" and "shirt" with exactly what youre thinking) If they fix the app, i wholehartedly recommend the product. Otherwise. Nope. All because Bose is a horrible and scummy company thay refuses to fix their app, which is absolutely assinine for a premium product.

    The left earbud exhibits a persistent high-pitched noise, akin to that of a mosquito. Despite returning the initial pair and receiving a replacement, the issue persists. These earbuds are practically brand new, having been in my possession for only a few hours. While the active noise cancellation (ANC) feature is undoubtedly impressive, its effectiveness is rendered moot by the fact that any attempt to listen to podcasts or music at a low volume is marred by the aforementioned static noise. Although the sound quality is generally satisfactory, the aforementioned drawbacks make it untenable for me to retain these earbuds.

Some customers might hear a faint, mosquito-like digital audio artifact when in quiet environments, not listening to music, and with ANC on high.     I bought this product because if i lose 1 earbud the other earbud will still work. If the product stops working on one side i at least still have the other side.

    These are NOT an upgrade from Quiet II!. These have no battery life and won't pair with anything. I got it FINALLY to may phone but tried to move to IPad and no luck. Did everyting possible. Reset equipment, unpaired from phone, EVERYTHING suggested from customer service to no avail. I'm sending these crapy earbuds back.

The battery life is 6 hours if Immersive Audio is off, 4 hours if it's on, and a fully-charged charging case will supply 18 further hours of charge.     Great music and noise cancellation. But when I buy head phone I buy them for all features. These headphones work great I would give them an amazing review but I need everyone to complain about this because it’s the number one thing. We all spend time in our phones some of us out money into the best of the best but Bose did great on majority but if I’m paying 350 dollars for this product with warranty they need to put what you pay for them in it. Sound is great noise cancellation great but the mic when you talk to anyone no one seems to understand you. Come on I paid 300 dollars you seem to get your microphones from wish or temu. Honestly it’s insulting you guys but such a bad microphone in it. I bought hands free for a reason fix this issue. It’s so annoying.

    Price to quality just doesn't check out. Audio quality poor when comparing to what I was trying to replace. Non stop issues with connection. These clearly have problems with Apple connections. Two I phones and an I pad pro all have same connection issues. One of the phones has app installed the other does not. These seem to only be stable when paired to Alienware laptop however the audio is terrible.

    Sound quality and anc was great when they worked properly. Touch controls would go out of wack and switch anc on and off. Earbuds would disconnect constantly. Really dissapointed.
