They have good sound. I can use either the left or right and it will connect to Bluetooth. I enjoy them but they do hurt my ear after an hour of use. Battery life is great!

The sound is amazing and the noise cancelling outstanding. But even fully charged they cut out in the middle of phone calls and my 1st pair also struggled to connect to anything. So I exchanged the 1st pair but the second pair just cut out on me in the middle of a call just yesterday. My daughter recommended I just get Airpods even though I'm an Android and Windows user. I think I will.

Absolutely loves these buds. Great bass excellent audio and calls. Great snug fit into your ears, and they don’t fall out!!! The app is easy to use, and have great features. Plus they can update like the AirPods and charge in the case

Noise cancellation is great. The reason they do not receive 5 stars is they randomly have something happen to the sound that sounds like they move in and out of Stereo or Wide. I have messed with the different settings (Aware, Quiet, Immersive), but the problem persists.

Highly recommend these. Life changing sound quality and bass! I love the Immersion feature then going to immersive audio and having it on motion. Very realistic.

I would like to give these five stars but I'm going to go with four stars. I wanted a tad bit more bass and I feel like around the 11-month mark the playback quality diminished by about 10%. I love the 5-hour battery life.

Every time I buy a pair of Bose earbuds, I think these are the best ever. Once again, with these buds, they are absolutely amazing! Was that noise canceling features incredible . The first time I tried them I was sitting in my car (while parked), and I thought my car had shut off. The only downside is you can't find a missing bud with the Bose app. Other than that, I would absolutely buy them again!

Good quality ear buds for listening to music/watching shows. Love the fit and how nicely they stay in your ear. Only negative is the call feature. The sound gets very quiet and you can’t hear the other person on the phone well, and they can’t hear you well either. Wanting to return them only for this reason.

I work in construction where theres a lot of grinders, saw zalls, nail guns, all the the loud stuff. The noise cancelling feature on these are insanely good. Also, the bass on them isnt brain shattering and actually blends really well with the rest of the music. 10/10 recommend

I was hesitant with spending the money on these, but as soon as I put them on I could tell they were worth it. They are comfortable and sound great. Making the switch from my old headphones was a huge difference.

These are amazing headphones. I have all both products and these compared to my first version acquired comforter buds fit more securely and seem louder.

Bought 2 pairs for me and my wife. Superb Sound Quality. The Ease of use all around is like riding on a cloud, Absolutely Sublime. As an Audiophile I'm also very Impressed by Bose's Immersive Audio Technology, it really makes you feel like your there 1 on 1 with your favorite Musician. The Bose App makes using them super easy to learn and customize, like custom touch controls for both earbuds and volume controls. If your in the market for Earbuds with Ultra Top-Of-The-Line sound quality and overall Premium feel, These Earbuds are the answer. I will be getting their Over-the-ear headphones in the future.

Best earbuds so far better than the others i have purchased battery life and quietness are the best ones i have paid for and im on a samsung s22 ultra no issue connecting either

Great sounding earbuds! However there’s weird connection and power on issues. The headphones will appears completely dead until bulged in for a few seconds

It’s been pretty easy to set up and use. I have not had any issues with it so far. I even changed the earplugs and they are now the perfect fit for my ears. All the modes are fantastic, particularly the ANC.
