They are a very good sound. Boise cancelling works great. A new feature called immersion. It should almost like surround sound. They sometimes have one not connect to my Bluetooth. I have to put it back in the case for a minute and try again to work. Only two issue.

The sound quality is exactly what you would expect from Bose. The two big issues that I have with these earbuds are: 1) You cannot completely disable the touch controls on the earbuds. Even though the app allows you to disable shortcuts, if I try to adjust the earbuds when I am working out it pauses the music. I wish I could completely disable all touch control input. 2) The right earbud does not stay snug in the ear. The left one does, but the right does not, and this is after trying all the different types of bands that came with the product. I want to love them, but I can’t. I wish they still made the Soundsport, as those stayed perfectly in my ears. I will say that I would recommend them to anyone who apparently has ears that these can snugly fit.

Great Sound, Problems with Connections, no MultiPt

The Sound is great, full and rich, the fit is good, better than the Quiet Comfort 2 earbuds. My problem is this, I work alot from Home and the office, I want the earbuds to hook up to 2 sources and or switch easily, we all know these don't have multipoint, the connection connects on one and changes back to a previous connected device like my Windows 11 laptop during the call, just getting to annoying, will keep trying until I give up and return them. How can you offer $300 top of the line earbuds without the multipoint connection capabilities??? I have the Sony WF-1000XM5 and the Jabra Elite 10, I had lost the Jabra 10's so I bought this one to try, luckily I found them 2 weeks later, both of these have multipoint and comparable sound and are more user friendly for multiple devices.

Hello, it's so good to hear that you feel the sound is great, rich and full. These earbuds have bluetooth 5.3 and have a connection range of upto 30 feet (9 metres). You can easily change connections on the connected devices under their bluetooth settings.

Absolutely great. They don’t slip. I use them at gym and while marathon training and rounds of walking golf. The noise canceling is great when I need it, but am able to it. Sound quality is amazing and different atmos settings help in enjoyment of music, podcast, and audiobooks.

Good sound and clear, but very loud on calls, you can't hear the conversation. I have to disconnect and talk on the phone (I hear them with very little volume) a little difficulty when adjusting them to the touch. You can't do many things with your iPhone to improve connectivity (compared to my estphone bits) They are not so good for what they cost.

Noise cancelling is the only great thing about these. Connectivity is terrible and they are not built to last. Bought these 4.17.24. After a couple months of having them I was having issues with keeping them connected to my laptop, which was one of the primary things I needed headphones for. Now they no longer connect to my laptop so I only use them with my phone. I still have issues with them disconnecting from my phone so I just deal with it. However, this last week my right ear bud has started making loud noises no matter what environment I'm in. Of course I went to Bose customer service and my warranty has expired. Best they can do is have me send in my current headphones and try and fix them but I have to buy a new pair in order to do so. Seeing as a new pair is $200 and I just bought these for $325 I will not be sending my headphones in. I am gladly switching back to Beats.

Overtime, body oils build up on them even though you cant see the coat of oils it will fall out of your ear if you inner ears aren’t completely dry. This means if you start sweating even a little bit they fall out making this an expensive boo boo if youre doing some mowing or jogging around anywhere there are drains. Giving them a clean with a bit of ipa fixes this bit only shortly and temporarily. This problem was never present with the previous generation of ear buds. The soundsport free had ear lobe wings to hug the inside of your ear lobes and rarely fall out. A little suggestion for bose, please start putting those wings on your future products. Other than that one problem these ear buds are great. Connectivity is great, the bluetooth range is very good, the sound quality is excellent, and the connectivity with the apps are good.

      Hello Brady,

In order to get the best comfort and audio experience with the QuietComfort Ultra earbuds, please check our fit guide: https://bose.life/3uWVAlx

These quite comfort ultra earbuds are phenomenal for music, with a good low end and some customization within the Bose app. Call quality id average, noise cancellation very good. If you prioritize music over calls, get these, but they are clunky.

I had the previous version earbuds from Bose. They sounded great but, the left bud would lose contact and shut down. I saw the Ultras and noticed a change in the shape and decided to try them. Wow what a difference. The Ultras are far and away the best earbuds I have ever listned to. Great fit, superb comfkort, and awesome sound quality. They stayed in even when I fell asleep. Couldn't ask for a better fit.

I loved these earbuds when they worked. A month of owning them the right earbud stopped working. I only used them for work and was confused what was going on. Anyways long story short the charge case pin messed up and wouldn’t make contact with the earbud. Luckily I had warranty so was able to get a different pair. Ive owned beats, apple & jabra and these were by far the worst.

Definitely an Upgrade from previous wired models. Even riding a zero turn lawnmower for hours is great for getting my music. However, the husband snoring in a king size bed and these DO NOT cancel his loud snoring!!! I don’t even know if there is a model that would give me complete silence while he snores! If anyone know please lmk! Have always been a Bose fan. It’s a no go with his snoring.
