The sound quality is awesome! Talk about having an immersive experience!! Battery life is perfect and connectivity is instant. If you can swing the price, I would strongly recommend these ear buds. You won't be disappointed.

Noise canceling is fantastic and blocks everything. The battery lasts for the whole week. I listen to music and talk on the phone, and they work great.

They are comfortable in ear, connect fast and keep a stable connection and I really like the different modes for sound cancellation levels- i prefer aware when I run but quiet all the rest of the time. The only negative I have is that I didnt get them sooner.

The sound quality, connectivity, battery life, and app is user friendly. Touch controls work flawlessly. I own many sets of earbuds and the Bise are definitely my first go to.

I bought these after another set of Bose QC20’s started to break. Since they’re not offered anymore, I had to go with these. Great sound and I like the holder that stores a couple of charges. The battery life of the earbuds isn’t the greatest, but you have to take the good with the bad. Would not recommend for using while driving or in busy areas like airports, as they do pick up lots of ambient noise around you. The adjustable noice cancellation is another great feature I enjoy, so that way you’re not totally immersed with your audio and cannot hear what’s going on around you.

Sounds great, while they worked

The wing tips held them in place no matter my head position. But after 3 days of use at work the Bluetooth would cut out, speakers would sound as if they're was interference, the noise canceling would pop on extremely loud in one ear, the Bose app wouldn't recognize the buds, only worked for calls, media would cut out, the buds refused to pair. Resetting everything allowed it to work for an hour before reverting to how they were before. If they worked how they are suppose to it'd be a 4/5. Getting the buds out of the case is awkward, and the touch sensors are finicky often changing the volume instead of playing or pausing.

Handling the earbuds, and operating their touch controls, can take a little getting used to but is something you should become accustomed to quite quickly. If you're experiencing Bluetooth dropouts, however, then one quick thing to try is rebooting your mobile device; this can help create a strong Bluetooth connection.
