    Sounds great up until after a year or two of use one of the earbuds will permanently be stuck at almost 1/3 of the maximum volume.

    I do love the audio quality and sound modes between transparency and the noise cancelation modes. Base among other things are above Apple. However, you’ll drive yourself insane with the amount of connectivity issues. These things are the Russian roulette of connectivity. Need it to connect when a call comes in? 2/10 Need to connect for music? 4/10 Need both of them to connect? 3/10 Navigating easily between your laptop and phone? 0/10 I have had multiple instances where I have had to re-pair my device to get it to work. Sometimes I just give up and grab my Apple ones. If I could return it I wouldn’t think twice about it.

      I'm happy to hear you've been enjoying the audio quality and different noise-cancelling modes of your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds, Jonathan! If Bluetooth connection issues are occurring, then re-pairing the earbuds as you described is one thing to try. So too is re-syncing the buds and charging case, and rebooting your mobile device.

      As for navigating between connected devices, you can disconnect from your current mobile device by placing the earbuds in the charging case, or using the Bose app or your device's Bluetooth settings. Then, to connect to a different device, just use that device's Bluetooth settings. I hope this is useful!

    These earbuds are the best I've ever had. Having said that, I'm not a fan of these reviews that everyone wants. It never use to be this way. I can still go to the grocery store and buy $300.00 of food and they never want my valuable opinion. If you have good people working for you then, you don't have to worry. This review is not intended for the public. I feel that im being forced to write it with a "minimum of 50 characters." I like Best Buy. I have purchased many items. If I'm being pressured into writing a review, I won't be shopping at Best Buy.

    These earbuds provide the best sound. The bass is better than any other brand I have tried. Highly recommend them.

    From day one they had a static sound but I decided to give some time. Well its been a month and more issues started to happen; they disconnect on their own when I pause a video and try to start again. The static noise continued. They are going back as this is annoying.

The QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds have a "noise floor" (as do all earbuds with active electronics), but this shouldn't affect your enjoyment of the earbuds. Try resetting the earbuds or rebooting your mobile device - this can also resolve any disconnections. Failing that, our support team will also assist you.     I loved the noise canceling on them it’s top tier. The audio is incredible but I wouldn’t recommend them for running or anything active.

    I used my bose quiet comfort in ear phones the og for nearly two years. The left earbud is dead and out of warranty. Bought these hoping for similar stellar quality and ease of use. The app took a half hour to set up. I just used these on the airplane ride from RI to Florida and they kept zapping me with ringing noises. If only they'd bring back the og bose qc in earphones I'd happily fork over the 250$ price.... 350$ including tax for almost pure garbage. I'm a true bose fan too. They don't sound as rich as the og model either. My parents, who both have their bose og in earphones said these sounded like crap too. I'm not happy with the fit either. Og qc in earphones fit snugly. Run, walk, fly, nap, whatever. They fit comfortably. You gotta keep your head still to keep the buds in. Not to mention the audio drop. My phone is Samsung s23 ultra, stepfather Samsung z flip 5,mom iPhone 12 pro max. Utter crap connection and sound on all devices.... Gimme a refund and get me the og bose qc in earphones. I really wanted to love these, seeing as though I have happily relied on bose stuff since I was in middle school . I think they're crap. Stay away from these buds. Nothing else fit or sounded as well like the og bose qc in earbuds. Give me those and I'd be a delightfully happy camper.

    Pros: - Great audio quality - Fantastic ANC, has worked great in office, industrial and gym environments, as well as on numerous flights. - Immersive audio feature is awesome for media consumption Cons: - Expensive - Range is mediocre at best - I have gone through three pair of these in 16 months, and each time they have succumbed to a failure of the earbuds to recognize that they've been placed in their case, resulting in them not powering off and charging. Taking out your earbuds only to find they're dead sucks.

      Hi Sam, I'm happy to hear you like the audio quality and noise cancelling of your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds, as well as the Immersive Audio! If your earbuds aren't being recognised by the charging case, try re-syncing the case and buds. To do this, place both earbuds firmly in the case, and check the LEDs are lighting up. Then close the lid, and once the case LED goes out, open the lid and insert your right earbud. You should hear the welcome tone. Then, do the same with your left earbud, and continue using your product.     These have amazing noise cancelling, as well as very good quality sound. That’s where the praise ends. They suffer from connectivity problems, and after just two weeks mine have stopped working. Had hopes some of the issues from the previous version would have been addressed but they haven’t. This will likely be my last Bose purchase. What an embarrassing product from a once respectable company.
