bought product as refurbished by geek squad for my recent travel. Upon inspection no scratches and everything that came with it was pristine. 10/10 bose sound quality and comfort. Wore it for my 12 hr flight with no connection issues. Would recommend to buy refurbished at bestbuy!

Nice sound quality and amazing noise cancellation. Good battery

The good. The sound quality, noise cancellation and battery life are excellent and what you’d expect. The bad. The part that they fold at makes them feel cheep and they make squeaky noises when flexed from time to time at this point. I think if we were worried about size that much we’d get earbuds so I don’t see the point of it in the first place. It also seems like they would break easily because of this. The ultra headphones didn’t seem as comfortable as the regular one’s also but just by a little. Overall they are good headphones but I’d suggest getting them on sale to really make it worth the money.

These headphone sound SO amazing. I wear them all the time. They made me feel like i was in a movie theatre watching anime on my phone. I love these headphones. Didn’t love the price but it was worth it. They connect automatically to my phone. It asks before connecting to my tv and i like that a lot. Also they have an aware more where it turns off noise cancelation aand you can hear whats going on around you. They fold up small enough to fit in your pocket.

I upgraded from the QC35’s and these are some great headphones. The noise cancellation works very well. I recently travelled with these through the airport and the flight and I barely heard a thing. High quality bass and treble levels. Call quality and pretty good too. The person on the other line can hear you quite well to much as a whisper. The EQ settings need a bit of work, and you don’t really need the other modes like walk, focus, and quiet. All you need is Aware mode and Immersion mode. But overall great headphones.

I truly believe these are worth the money. My boyfriend got these as a christmas gift and i’ve been obsessed with them since so he bought me them for my birthday. the quality of the headphones are really good and i like that you are able to connect it to your phone and even control it through there if you want. on top of that they are perfect for school or working out. one small dislike is i am a little used to having airpods on the go, these are much bigger (not heavy at all) but a small adjustment to consider before purchasing.

Sound quality is extremely nice, wish it was more louder but for sure good enough. Had some connection issues though a week later, It was saying it was connected but no sound was coming through and it kept trying to connect to app but wouldnt. Had to double click Bluetooth an hold it for a long time, was very annoying but doesnt happen too often. Gonna replace this pair because of that. Noise cancelling is very good but could be a little better I feel like anyways (I understand they are ear muffs though and I do mow lawns so... still I barely hear the mowers). The battery life is god tier, literally all day I be playing music without it dieing on me very impressive. In love with these for sure!!

Exceptional audio, ANC, comfort, microphone clarity, and build quality. Out of the box, great experience on iOS, Android, Mac, and Nintendo Switch. Works with BOSE USB Link for superior/simpler performance on Windows. Works well with AptX dongles for wireless performance on PS5. Bose Music app is minimal but overall effective. ‘Smart’ buttons and functions are a bit clumsy. The ‘immersive’ audio is a tedious gimmick that I never use. Battery life could be better. If you’re loyal to Bose, these are a worthy revision. As always, price-to-performance doesn’t stack up against Sennheiser or Sony. Built-in Microphone doesn’t work when wired; included aux cable doesn’t have inline mic.

I’m absolutely thrilled with these headphones! Honestly, this is one of the best purchases you can make on the market, especially at a price close to $300—I got mine for $298 with a discount. The regular price of $449 feels a bit high, but in my opinion, it’s worth it and easily beats Apple-shi3t or Sony alternatives. The sound quality is phenomenal—crisp, detailed, and immersive. For sports, it might not be the obvious choice, but for home use, it’s simply amazing. Traveling? Perfect. The noise cancellation works exactly as advertised—really impressive and effective. This Is By Far The Best Bose Branded Headset I've Ever Owned. First Off, The Sound Quality It Projects Is Truly Amazing. There Is More Bass Distributed In Comparison To The QC 45 Which I Love But The Icing On The Cake, I Must Say Is Bose Implemented Immersive Audio Into These Which Left Me Breathless Upon Trying Out The Demo In The App. The Comfort And Noise Cancellation Is Second To None. Highly Recommend 10/10 !!!

These ARE AMAZING. I struggle with attention / staying entirely focused due to surrounding activities/noise - BUY THESE NOW! I can barely hear myself typing now, and I’m trying to, I believable. My colleague recommended, I checked the price, I was hesitant, he then pulled out his- he bought 10 years ago! Almost identical, he said they sell replacement ear pads, but these things ARE THE GOODS. Do not hesitate, ultra soft/comfortable and cancel the noise like a champ, I could work in a busy subway with these let along my cube farm. Trust.

These Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones are incredible! The sound is crystal clear, noise cancellation is top-tier, and they’re super comfortable for long use. The Lunar Blue color looks sleek and premium. Totally worth the price!

Best headphones I've ever owned. The features are absolutely amazing. I don't work for Best Buy or it's affiliates, nor Bose, but this set of headphones are the game changer. Love the, as I call it, surround 360 follow sound feature. You turn your head and the sound adjusts around you as if you were walking away or closer to a main speaker. Maybe it should be called the live band effect. Awesome.

I love it! I was actually surprised at how good the noise cancelling is. They're really comfortable and they fit my big head, no problem. Sound quality is great for me.

This product is pretty beautiful in person! It is really soft on ears and crown area, which give you a REAL comfortable sensation. Probably not necessary to say it considering is a Bose product, but the sound is AMAZING! The buttons work great, works with a soft touch, especially the volume area. And so if that were not enough, the best part starts when you connect the device to your phone; you will have an app with a lot of customizable options: Mode, Equalizer for each mode, Immersive Audio and Quick Access button (my favorite)... You can also see on the Bose Music app the battery level and manually control the sound level. Recommendations? Just buy it!

These headphones are insanely comfortable!! I upgraded from the older QuietComfort headphones and it was the best decision ever. Bose really knows how to perfect sound quality. The *only* flaw I see is that the sound leaks slightly if you have the volume up too high. It doesn’t affect me much but it does happen if I have high volume.
