His made worse by the function that pauses it when you take them off doesn't work well so I have to disconnect.

It randomly happens. The setting are so basic but yet complicated. The bass terrible. I think this is more for home theater use then music use. Also the noise canceling isn’t all that great either. Maybe I got a faulty one but so far I think it’s the folding mechanism is good I like that I can compact it into a small bag charges fast battery is decent but I’ve wore for an hr and the battery went from 100 to 75. Definitely not worth the price.

Posted .Thanks for your review! The battery life of the QuietComfort Ultra Headphones is up to 24 hours, if you make sure they're fully charged. The settings may be new to you to begin with, but we find that customers quickly accustom to them. If you're not happy with the bass, make sure to try the Equalizer in the Bose app, where you can adjust it to your liking. Also make sure you're in Quiet mode, in order to experience the best noise cancelling, and turn off ActiveSense in the Bose app, as this setting can otherwise alter the noise cancellation levels. A certain amount of hiss is normal in any headphones with active electronics, however if you feel this noise is overpowering, please contact our support team for assistance: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US. Great feature that allows you to raise one earpiece to hear someone and audio pauses automatically and resumes when you put it back. Highly recommended.

These Are Great

The noise cancellation is the best I’ve experienced so far in a set of headphones. Haven’t had the chance to use them on a plane yet, but I can tell the noise cancellation is better than my AirPod pros.

Immersive sound is awesome . Enjoying the product . I picked up in a best buy shop and customer service department treated me very bad and zero respect .

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The headphones are really amazing, however, the Bose Music app is not very helpful when you are listening to music, and if you wanna switch features, you have to go to the app. There is one button on the headphones that you can toggle however, it takes a while to learn these features.
