Product was in perfect working condition when purchased and tested on-site. Very rarely, there have been some minor mishaps while I was changing EQ parameters with third party apps, or some connection issues, but those were easily resolved with a factory reset.

Purchased the open-box product. The product was in mint condition, no complains!
As for the product, not much to say….. One of the best headphones on the market

The sound and noise canceling on these are great, and i have no issues at all with that. Microphone audio is decent. The battery can usually last a full day with Noise canceling using a mix of Ambient mode and Noise canceling. I usually just plug them in overnight so i can't say how long charging takes.
The app to contol the headphones is hit or miss, as sometimes it doesn't seem to connect to the headphones unless i turn off my phones bluetooth and turn it back on (Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, Android 16.) Also the headphones can have issues staying connected regardless of what device they are connected to, assuming they connect in the first place. It will work fine then disconnect and reconnect a few times before staying connected, potentially repeating later down the line. (This includes a phone in my hand, a desktop pc at my feet, switch 2 in my hands, and others at various distances.) The head detection for turning them on/Pausing works maybe 70% of the time, with it failing to turn on regularly and needing to press the bluetooth button on the headphones to wake them up.
The next problem is that they have a durability issue. I've had them for 4 months and i've used them daily, and i don't handle them roughly. Just from normal use, the padding on one of the ear cups is falling apart at the seams. This is an issue that many people seem to have. To get a replacement set from Bose will run you another $34 (pre tax and shipping).
If you're lucky and get a pair that won't fall apart on you, these are a great set of headphones that work when they work. If you don't want to risk it, look elsewhere, i wouldn't blame you for skipping something with occasional connection issues and potentially spending an extra $34 every 4-6 months on replacement pads.

I had the previous version of these headphones and loved them. I also have the QC Ultra earbuds and really appreciate the immersive audio setting. While at my local Best Buy, I found a really good deal on an open box set of these in Lunar Blue and bought them thinking immersive mode would be even better on them.
That said, I have no complaints on the sound quality or the comfort of the headphones with long term use during work. I DO however have a complaint about not being able to use the audio cable without the headphones being powered on!
This seems like a no brainer. Use the cable when your headphones are dead or if you want to save your battery. The previous version worked this way, but these don't. If you plan on taking a really long flight, or if you know you're going to kill the battery on these and want to use the jack, you might want to get something else. Uploading a screenshot from the manual (pg 33 English version) that says exactly this.
Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback! It’s great to hear that you’ve enjoyed both the previous version of the headphones and the QC Ultra Earbuds, especially the immersive audio feature. The Lunar Blue open-box find sounds like a great deal! We’re glad to know the sound quality and comfort continue to meet your expectations.
Regarding your concern about the audio cable requiring the headphones to be powered on, you're absolutely right, this is a change from the previous model. While the QuietComfort Ultra Headphones offer enhanced features, they do require power for wired listening. We truly appreciate your insight, and we’ll make sure to pass this feedback along to our product team. It’s input like yours that helps us improve future designs.

I enjoy the sound quality of these headphones. I have an older set of Bose headphones and these are tons better. The noise cancellation works very well. I can barely hear people speak without them blasting music into my ears. Even at lower volume, the noise cancelation is excellent.

I've owned the Sony WH-1000XM4 for a couple of years and found them to be a pretty good pair of headphones. However, The Bose-QuietComfort Ultra Wireless headphones are a worthy upgrade! In my honest opinion, the Ultra's excellent noise cancelling and rich immersive sound is a step above the Sony's!

I was a little nervous when my husband purchased these for me for Christmas because they are on the pricey side. I am so pleased with these! I can’t hear snoring or the tv playing at night. This blocks it all out. All of my other Bluetooth headphones are a pain to pair but not these. Nothing compares to Bose sound quality. I am beyond thrilled!

I researched and had my eye on these Bose headphones for a couple months. I purchased while on sale and truly enjoy the sound quality and features. Easy to setup and use. Best sound quality of all headphones i every purchased or tested.

Bose company released this product this time, it's number 1 in the world, there's nothing else that compares to it. Currently, I'm using Bose products a lot from speakers to headphones, which one comes out in 2023? Is it too much? Is there anything left to compare Bose men's products to?

These are my favorite pair of bluetooth headphones. They are light so their moment of inertia is fairly low. The headphones won’t fall off when you turn your head quickly

They are very comfortable as I use them for hours, love the immersive sound feature, noise constellation is great, the mic is ok or average, and it comes with a small hard shell case that’s perfect for gym backpack or travel. Wish they had an on/off button, but you get used to it!

The absolute best noise canceling system on the market. From a music standpoint, these sound like dedicated headphones. Very impressed. Worth the money.
