The ear cups feel tighter than the second generation of Ultra. I would suggest get the 2nd generation one rather than this one even though its price is higher

Went back and forth between Bose, Sony and Apple and chose this latest Bose release. Noise cancellation is the best I’ve had, the app with equalizer plus the headphone jack for flights are extremely useful. I will only take away a half star due to not having usb-c to usb-c cord included (one end is usb-a). Otherwise, I have no complaints so far! Thank you Best Buy for having a pair of these on display to try before you buy.

I use it in and outside, for business and pleasure simultaneously. The material has held up with bo signs of wear. The issues that I’m experiencing are with connectivity and battery life. Connectivity drops and doesnt automatically connect to my device when on. A typical day of working on the computer, i may use it for a total six hours. The battey drains down to around 25%. I’m hoping that this is covered within the GS warranty and hooe to get a replacement.

The battery life is awesome. My only complain would be the ear cushions. They get sweaty pretty quick and I just think they will begin to wear and tear quickly
