Solid wireless noise-cancelling headphones
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As is the standard expectation, Bose Noise-Cancelling headphones should be of a pretty high quality. Compared to some cheaper off-market brands these certainly don't disappoint, however they are in-ear models which lack the robust noise-cancelling ability of the around-ear QC35mkI or QC35mkII units. In terms of audio quality, these provide a good quality sound for this non audiophile. The adjustable noise cancelling was effective, and worked well at addressing the low frequency engine noise in flight, but wasn't as strong at decreasing background conversations or HF noise. Something to keep in mind is that these are strictly wireless ONLY headphones. Unlike the QC35 models, which can operate in Bluetooth/Wireless OR wired modes, these have no capacity for a 'wired' connection. As a result you cannot use them with airlines in-flight entertainment systems and they require a bluetooth connection to function. The bluetooth range can also be a challenge, as at times it can be position sensitive. Overall I believe the QC35 mk II are probably stronger headphones overall and certainly a better buy, but if you're in the market for in-ear noise cancelling headphones that can work both as your everyday bluetooth headphones and your travel pair, the QC30's may be a good option.

Great sound!!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Once again great Bose sounds and nose cancellation. Not the greatest headset for communication use. Kind of clumsy and only one side can be used...

Fine quality but the App lacks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In the Bose tradition, the QC 30 wireless headset is unmistakably the best on the market. The noise cancelling makes the QC30 worth the expense; however, I find the collar unit slips counterclockwise relative to my face. Maybe the control unit is causing the weight differential allowing the collar unit to slide as I'm walking. The bud units don't retract and there is no magnetic end to attach them to, which leaves them to hang potentially getting caught on clothing or jewelry. The wire connecting the bud to the collar piece is heavy duty, which adds weight and has a tendency to pull the bud out of the ear if the wire rubs against clothing. The app needs a lot of work. It's first screen is a warning telling that you should allow the laws of the road. Dah! It needs an option to turn the warning off, once you have read the dam thing the first time. The app executes when you turn on the headset giving you options over the phone, text, navigation and music. The app's control of music lacks the abilities to be successful as an potential MP3 player. It should have the ability to tie into another MP3 player of choice. It does a good job seeking songs or artist. It isn't as robust as other MP3 players. There functionality problems with the switch when you connect to two or more devices. Would I buy another QC30 for myself or a friend? Yes, but I want improvements to the collar and app.

Great noise canceling earbuds
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not as good as QC25 over the ear, but the ability to adjust the noise canceling(nc) up and down is great for travel. I turn down the nc so I can hear the announcements when waiting for my plane but turn it up when I get on the flight and a baby starts crying.

Great sound. Bose quality.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The adjustable noise cancellation comes in very handy. I can block out the noise in my local coffee shop, then allow more background sound in so I can walk safely down the street. The sound is balanced and clear. Highly recommend these earphones.

Would have expected more from BOSE
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the price you pay for these headphones, I would have expected better performance. The sound/noise cancelling is great but the bluetooth/cell phone connection is lousy. The bluetooth connection drops periodically after dialing the number you want to call. As soon as the number is dialed and you hit send, the bluetooth drops and goes back to the cell phone. I have an Apple iPhone 7S and more times than not this happens.

One of my favorite ANC Headphone
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own the QC25 and QC35II for my travels and while vacuuming around the house. I've always wanted a in-ear headset and decided to purchase QC30. ANC works great as expected from Bose and the battery life lasts through my flights to half way around the world. Very happy with the purchase.

Poor Bluetooth Connectivity
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For $300 and being BOSE, I expected a superior experience. The noise canceling is amazing, but the Bluetooth connection was horrible. I had to literally have my phone out of my pocket and sitting on a table while trying to limit my movement to have great sound. If I moved around within a couple of feet or if my phone was in my pocket, the songs seemed to skip or they would stop playing. During phone calls people complained that it sounded choppy. When I switched over to my Bose Bluetooth Headset Series 2, my connection was great. I have never lost my connection with this old product in the same places the earbuds lost connection. The neckband kept moving around and felt awkward and clunky. I had to return them due to my bad experience with the QuietControl 30. I have quite a few Bose products and this is the first to disappoint me. Let’s see what the future has to offer when it comes to noise cancelling wireless earbuds.

Great noise reduction

Great Sound Quality / Decent Sound Deadening
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have enjoyed my QC 30's. The sound quality is great. I bought them for work. The office can be a little noisy, and I wanted them to give me a little quiet so that I can concentrate. They are decent at this, and really pretty good if you are like me, and can to listen to music while working on the computer. If you are looking for a better sound deadening experience the QC 35's are for you if you are okay with over the ear headphones. I personally preferred the ear buds, and am overall satisfied with my purchase. I am experiencing 10+ of battery life.

Another excellent Bose product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been meaning to get me a noise canceling headphones that was light and not over the head type. The plug types was exactly the type I was looking for and Bose finally outdid themselves again with these headphones! It's perfect as you can control the amount of noise with an app and the rich sound the headphones produce is what I expected from Bose! It's light and the base around the neck is not a nuisance as you can barley notice it's there as it's pretty light. The only thing I would suggest is to make the cord from the base to the plugs just a little bit longer.

Quietcontrol 30 headphones
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First, these sound really good, they are very comfortable to wear and the neck band doesn't seem to impact the comfort, now if you are a runner, this may bother you, with it bouncing around, but using them to work out, it was fine... For its noice canceling, it was great, really worked well and cut out extraneous noise. Only experienced one Bluetooth drop out, but that was at the gym where there is a ton of BT devices around... didn't have any issue at home... I want to say again how comfortable these are, it really surprised me, never was a bother!

Bose 30 Wireless headphones
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love them, I used the app with the headphones it is easier to adjust the noise cancelling feature. The only drawback is the the part that goes around your neck constantly moves and you have to adjust it. I would still buy them even if I knew this in advance. Sounds great but are costly at $300.

Satisfied
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a bit skeptical as most reviews I read were sort of neutral. The noise canceling is super. It’s the first I found that actually allows you to regulate how much canceling you want via the Bose App. The base response is my favorite. No distortion even with bass heavy tracks. Eliminates the need for high volume with the awesome noise canceling and earbuds actually stay in place regardless of my level of activity. Before these my favorite was the corded B&O beoplay. Now I’d say this is the best wireless I have listened to ever!
