The primary purpose for this purchase was to have something during airline flights. I needed comfort, mobility, bluetooth, noise canceling, and audio quality while riding aboard an aircraft. I've had these for a few months now, and have longed about 60 hours of airline travel: Comfort = 4.5 Stars. It comes with different size earbuds, but I could not find one that fitted PERFECTLY in my ear. However, I wear these things for HOURS at a time, and I get no pain or discomfort....sometimes I even forget that I am wearing them. Mobility = 4.0 Stars. This would be five stars if it came with an option to go wired (when battery drains) Bluetooth = 5.0 Stars. Still works while in airplane mode, and has not fallen out during 5+ hour flights Noise Canceling = 5.0 Stars. I did not expect to achieve noise canceling (even active) from earbuds; however, the active noise canceling not only does the job, but it has ADJUSTABLE noise canceling settings. When activated w/audio, this is as capable (sometimes better) than any of the $300+ brands out there. Seriously, it works....even when sitting next to to the 'engine window' seats! Audio quality 4.0 Starts. Like everything else that travels over bluetooth, your audio quality and power will take a hit while using these. Basically, the mere fact that audio over bluetooth will experience some form of degradation prevents this from being a five-star rating.

Interesting, but very specific use case

WHY I spend a good amount of time listening to music every day…at work, in the car, at home, doing yard work…and I also spend a decent amount of time reading and watching reviews on headphones. Sound review is an incredibly subjective thing, and so more often than not, it’s not about whether a pair of headphones’ sound is good or bad. In most cases, it’s a game of business decisions, where the manufacturer is positioning a pair of headphones in a certain market with a certain use case in mind. I have a love for Bose products, from my wireless Bose Soundsport wireless headphones, to my Bose Mini II Soundlink bluetooth speaker, or even to my (VERY) short-lived experience with Bose’s QC35 Acoustic Noise Canceling over-ear headphones. I’m a bit of a brand-snob when it comes to Bose, where in most cases I’ll buy a product just because it’s a Bose product. I’ll admit that while that’s not the strongest case for an objective review, I absolutely won’t buy a Bose product that I don’t need (or feel like I need). And, if we’re all being honest, most of today’s tech goodies are such that a buying decision is at least partly based upon feeling like we “need” them, regardless of whether or not we have a great handle on what “need” means. HOW Thus enters the question—why choose this over anything else? The only reason, as far as I’m concerned, is access to Bose’s Acoustic Noise Canceling technology. Most reviewers argue that this is one of Bose’s best offerings when compared to the competition, even more than sound quality, design and comfort. I will warn you, though: this may not be what you expect out of Bose when it comes to ANC. During my short time with the QC35’s I learned a great deal about what to expect from high-quality ANC. The only problem with those, though, was that they made me motion-sick (it was a very, very sad day; also, it’s not entirely unheard of, do some research about it). So admittedly, I was very curious about how these would fit into my lifestyle, considering they are collar-style ear buds, where the QC35’s are over-ear. There aren’t a ton of mainstream ANC headphones in this price range, but there are quite a few value-priced options that you may not have heard of. The sale here is, does the style and performance justify the price? WHAT The QuietControl 30’s are a collar-style, in-ear headphone with ANC. The collar, undoubtedly, is where the batter and ANC capabilities live, and while I’m not a huge fan of the collar, it definitely reduces the size of the earbuds when compared to the Bose Soundsport buds, which are massive and collar-less. The sound is exactly what I’ve come to expect from Bose’s headphones: great for vocals and acoustics, blending in the mids and highs (one of those subjective things that some people like and others hate), and tolerably little bass. They do a great job from a soundstage perspective considering their size, and the buds are comfortable and secure in the ear. So let’s talk about the ANC. This is one of the weirdest presentations of ANC I think I’ve ever experienced, because not only are they noise-canceling, but the noise-canceling itself is adjustable. Think about what you expect that to be like—got it? OK, good, now forget it—because it’s anything but that. So on the ANC spectrum, when it’s ON you expect that the “white noise” background to be severely muted, in essence amplifying the music being played (if you’re playing music—because these are certainly capable of being worn without playing music, which might be a decent use case for them). But what about when ANC is OFF? Well, my first thought is, they’d be like any other headphone that has ANC that can turn on and off…with it turned off. Basically, like headphones. That is where these are a bit different than the norm. Suppose the “ANC-ness” of the headphones was a number line, where maximum ANC goes off to the left (and thus mutes outside ambient noise); then non-ANC would be right in the middle (at zero, so to speak). What is different about these headphones is that, when the ANC is turned “down” all the way, it actually brings in and amplifies outside ambient noise along side your music. In my number line scenario above, this would be to the right of the center. It’s as if the intention is for the device to bring in that outside noise as an aide to you. But how it does it is tinny and mechanical—the amplification of things you usually don’t hear, like your feet shuffling across carpet, or breathing through your nose, or the rustling of bedsheets or perhaps a light jacket. All of these things enter the foreground in a very unusual and awkward manner, which make these a very unique product. WHO In most reviews, I find the “what” far more important than the “who,” because in most of the products I’ve reviewed I feel that mostly everyone could benefit from the product. Sadly, that’s not the case for this one. The unique way that Bose handles ANC in this product is what I think positions it best for certain people. Those people might be office workers who work in a bullpen environment, who like to listen to music but also need to be able to hear everything else (your boss yelling, the phone ringing, etc). Those folks would also be able to benefit from turning up the ANC to it’s highest, in the event they stay late at work and need to power through to get home before the kids go to bed. (For those curious, I just described myself). Another use case might be for that same person who, after they get home, want to be able to watch that show on their computer or tablet, but need to be able to hear the kids shouting incessantly from their bedrooms that they need one thing or another. These also might be a good product if you’re looking for a pair of wireless headphones to wear at night; even though you have to contend with the collar, the buds are small enough that they may be tolerable for side-sleepers. And, if you found yourself where I was, getting motion-sick with the QC35’s, but still want access to a Bose product with ANC, I’m happy to report that I’ve had no ill-feelings during even extended use of these (although some might say that’s because they’re not as good—which I might be inclined to agree with). But as I alluded at the top end of my review, I don’t know that the use case is prevalent enough to justify this for the masses. That’s ok, it doesn’t have to be everything to everyone, as long as it’s something to someone. Avoid the product if you hate collar-style headphones. If you’re looking for an upgrade to your LG Tone headphones, this could be a good option. Battery life has been in line with the other recent releases from Bose, and the unique approach to ANC is something that certainly sets it apart. If you already have a pair of wireless headphones (that weren’t super cheap), you can probably live without these. I wouldn’t get these as a pair of workout headphones, unless you were focusing on something like weight-training or spinning; the collar would get uncomfortable with high-activity workouts. WHEN If the above descriptions make you think you need this in your life, you should buy it—only because I don’t think this is a product we’ll see on the market for long—nor will we see anything that truly competes with it at the price point. I’d be shocked if Bose releases anything like this in the future or updates this after a generation. Provided the product doesn’t perform well on its release, you’ll probably see some decent sales and discounts, open-box items, and other deals that will help you save some cheddar on your purchase. If you’re curious, maybe wait to see if you can get a deal. If you must have it, you don’t really care about the cost. Recommendation This is an interesting product in a lot of ways—and in those ways it’s almost as if it is tailored to my needs. The bullpen environment, occasionally being able to use ANC at work, being able to hear (or completely shutout) the kids at night, side-sleeping…all of those things together make it great for me. But if you don’t fit into 3 or more of those categories, I’m not sure this is the right product for you. At the end of the day, this is going to get 2 stars—mostly because it requires a very specific use-case to be worth it, and I don’t see it replacing any of my array of other headphones, all of which are very good at doing what I need them to do. And the sound isn’t all that great, either. A unique idea, executed acceptably well, but in my opinion, not worth the expense for a majority of people.

If you are like me, you have been on a mission trying to determine the best wireless headphones to purchase. This is especially so if you have upgraded to the Apple iPhone 7 and found that there is no headphone jack for your old wired headphones! I am a longtime user and fan of Bose wired headphones. However, I read so many negative reviews about them that it has taken me about 6 months trying to decide which would be the best investment for my money. If you go to the Apple Store they are going to tell you to buy the Beats Wireless or the Apple AirPods. Of course they would! They make the product. And since I am also a fan of Apple products, I bought the Beats 12hour wireless headphones (I always shoot for the best available. Buy right, buy once.). That's when the drama began. I was impressed with the W-1 chip's performance and aiding with a quick Bluetooth connection to both my iPhone and iPad Pro. However, the headphones were very uncomfortabler to wear. I even tried changing the ear buds but that didn't help. So I just kept wearing them because it was more convenient than using my Bose wired headsets. But, in the back of my mind I kept wondering if the Bose might be better eventhough some reviewers had negative remarks. So, after using the Beats for a little more than 2 weeks, I purchased the Bose Quietcontrol 30's. Admittedly, I have only used them for about an hour. But, the look, feel and initial operation of these headphones far exceed my experience with Beats. Note the following: Comfort: If you have ever worn Bose earbuds, you know how comfortable they are. There are no earbuds that that feel better. These buds and soft and cushiony (if there is such a word). Setup/Bluetooth Connection: It was instantaneous! The headphones themselves talk you through the setup procedure! The Beats were easy too. However, I noticed that I sometimes have difficulty getting them to reconnect. Versatility: The Beats work with multiple devices. Apple is waiving their own flag on this one claiming that the W1 chip (which is not licensed to any other vendor) is revolutionary. I might be. However, the Bose connection method is 10 times better. With Beats, you have to manually disconnect from one device and manually reconnect to the next. With Bose, it does it automatically. I was playing one song on my iPhone, stopped it, and then began playing another phone on my iPad! It switched automatically!!! There was no need for me to do anything. In addition, when I was ready to add my iPad to the Bluetooth link after initially setting up my iPhone, the Bose Connect App asked through my headphones if I wanted to set up and connect to another device. I was flat out floored! And, the connections took just seconds. Sound Quality: First, when I read that some were not satisfied with the sound qualify of the Quietcontrol 30's, I decided that I would risk the $300.00 on sub par ear buds. However, after reading, researching and trying these two headphones I have come to realize one thing. YOU CAN'T EXPECT THE SAME SOUND QUALITY FROM A WIRELESS HEADPHONE THAT YOU GET FROM WIRED ONES!! I believe that some are so accustomed to the extraordinary sound that comes from the Bose wired headphones that they expected to experience the same from the wireless. That is just impossible. I can say that the sound coming from the Bose set is way better than that of the Beats. The Beats have a reputation for delivering heavy bass. However, I played "Shake Your Body Down to the Ground" by the Jacksons to test the two. To my surprise, the Bose "Body Slammed" the Beats on bass! I couldn't believe it. For the record, the sound quality is not as good as my wired headphones but I think the sound is very good.

These are the best wireless noise cancelling headphones available. I’ve tried all of them that I’m aware of and none compare. The fit in ear is comfortable and the sound is excellent. The only thing that could have made these better is if they were officially waterproof. The little collar doesn’t bother me at all when running either. It’ll slide to the side sometimes, but it isn’t a bother and I just readjust it. The ear pieces never come out of their place either. I also really like the bose connect app. If you are looking for good noise cancelling wireless headphones for a workout, these really are the best.

I love these headphones, this is like the 5th pair of headphones I've tried out trying to find the perfect ones. I told myself this would be the last pair that I buy and if these don't work then I'm over it. Thankfully they worked. Yes they are pricey but they are worth it. Pros: noise cancelling is awesome (this is the first Bose product I've owned) so I really don't know what to compare it to. But in my opinion it does the job and blocks out noises around me. The battery life is way better than many of the other headphones, the battery will last me all day. The sound is quality and can be adjusted with the app. The neckband is very comfortable, it's not that cheap hard plastic that bothers your neck. You honestly don't even realize that your wearing it, it's made out of a high quality smooth rubber or could be silicone material. The ear tips are comfortable and doesn't bother my ear, I was initially concerned with the buds protruding out of my ear because my ears are so small but it's not bad and doesn't bother me. Con: the neckband will rotate around your neck and become lopsided but it's definitely not cause for a deal breaker.

Looking for the ability to tune out distractions around you? But at the same time need to hear critical background noise? With the Bose quiet control headphones, now you're in control of how much of the world you let in. You don't have to sacrifice the exceptional sound quality you'd expect from a name like Bose. The clarity and crispness is unparalleled. The way music was intended to be heard. Capturing every subtle nuance and note, you'll experience your favorite songs in a new way. Another big perk for me was how easy they are to pair with my device and the signal strength. I can go a pretty good distance from my phone without losing connection which is a huge improvement from my old pair of headphones The design is spot on as well. Chic, sleek and stylish, with everything you need right at your fingertips. The neckband is so lightweight and non-irritating I forget it's even there. The ear pieces are the first I've found that actually stay put even during the most vigorous workout. Bose provides you several pairs to customize your headphones to your size needs. Everyone is sure to find that perfect fit. The call quality is amazing too. Even in the most crowded venue, you're caller will be able to hear you crystal clear, and you'll be able to hear them. No more "what?!?" "Huh?!?" Even the packaging surpassed my expectations. Everything is beautifully displayed in a box that opens up to showcase the contents. The directions are clear and concise. Really easy to follow and understand. Charging the headphones couldn't be any easier with the easy to read indicator light. Green-good to go. Yellow flashing-charging. Red-needs to be charged. Id highly recommend these headphones to anybody looking to enhance their listening experience. Anyone who needs to control how much background noise they allow in. Anyone who refuses to sacrifice quality. They're amazing, and I love them

I have owned every iteration of BOSE noise canceling head phones . I discovered that its all about personal preference . For me, I do not like heavy over ear. I bought the QC 20 which is a great product but I did not like it tethered . I recently purchased the QC 30 blue tooth and found it a perfect solution. The adjustable noise canceling is excellent and the Bluetooth connect is excellent with a respectable range. Battery life is very good. Its comfortable and functional. In ear headphones are a personal preference but this version is perfect for my ears. Its a huge improvement. Every generation is hopefully better than the last, The Qc 30 is every bit as good as the Qc20 only Bluetooth. and is a great choice.

I purchased the QC30 back in March 2017 switching from a wired pair of Bose earbuds so I have used them for nine months now. I love the Bose earbuds as I can wear them the majority of each work day and they are extremely comfortable and the sound quality is fantastic. So why a one star rating? In October I noticed that the rubber inner portion that contacts your skin or shirt was starting to separate from the plastic inner section. It was getting harder to turn the product on as the rubber is no longer in contact with the switch that turns them on. Over the last three months the separation has gotten even worse (Almost two inches of separation on the control side) making them so frustrating to use it drives me nuts. I use them mostly in the office during the day so they are in a climate controlled environment and when I drive home they go in the provided case. I wear them once a week when I cut the grass on a riding lawn mower so it’s not like I am pushing a lawn mower for a couple hours which would cause the material to fail. For $300 I would expect the product to last longer than nine months. Now the quandary of finding a replacement product with comfortable ear buds, decent price and comparable sound begins. So disappointed in the product quality as the sound is really amazing.

These wireless earphones fit perfectly secure in my ear without having to mess with different size ear pieces. The collar piece is so light and comfortable that I forget it’s on my neck. I use these at the gym and despite the activity and sweat, there are no problems. The earpieces fit comfortable under my full face motorcycle helmet. The only gripe I have with these is that I wish the were louder, however, in the past, I had to blast the volume in order to drown out the outside noise/music at the gym and engine/wind sound during a ride. With the Bose noise-cancellation feature, the listening experience in any environment is instantly more enjoyable and loudest setting levels aren’t needed. They are a bit pricey and I was skeptical in buying these without the opportunity to try them out before, but the comfort, sound quality and experience with the noise cancellation make these well worth the investment.

This is my third noise cancellation product. My first pair were Phiatons that I still like but gave to my wife after I purchased the over the ear Bose Quiet Comfort 25. Although they are very good noise cancelling and sound earphones, I prefer earbuds and blue tooth, so, when the Quiet Control 30 earphones became available I purchased them to compare to my QC 25's. The blue tooth works very well except I initially had difficulty pairing it with my computer. After going online I found out that removing some of my other blue tooth devices on my computer might help. Sure enough, that did the trick. The noise cancellation on my flight to San Jose was amazing. In fact I think they work a little better than my QC 25. Music sounds really clear and there is enough bass but the QC 25's are a little crisper. I also use them for phone calls and with my iPod. I love the long rechargeable battery life and the neck band.

These are excellent active noise-cancelling headphones. They are light. Battery life is sufficient for long-haul flight. I wish you could charge them and still use them, but they turn off if the charging cord is attached. I also wish that the cords to the earbuds retract into the neck piece. But all in all, they are extremely comfortable to wear, neck piece is very light and I have been able to sleep with them on long-haul flights much more easily than over the ear headphones.

These are the best headphones I've ever had the pleasure to wear. The fit of the ear pieces is excellent, and I say that speaking as someone who ALWAYS has trouble finding the right fit. The neck band is excellent, pleasant to wear, and nicely water resistant, and even though the ear pieces are quite comfortable and fit very well, I'm sure without the neckband I'd fear of losing them if they happened to fall out of my ear during activity. Additionally, I assume I can thank the decent size of the neck band for what appears to be excellent battery life. Finally, the sound. But I don't really need to say much because they're Bose, so you know they're great. The audio pass through is excellent, and the controls are basically easy to use.

I got the Bose QuietControl 30 headphones because I was looking to something I could use to block out most of the sounds around me while trying to work. I work for a major airline and travel for work and fly over 50,000 miles a quarter. As such, I often find myself working in an airport or on a flight. The first day after I received my headphones I wore them for five hours straight. The battery lasted the whole time and I was able to be super productive while listening to music. Full disclosure: by the end of the day when I removed the headphones my ears hurt. I took them on my business trip out of town. I wore them on the red eye. They eliminated most noises but still allowed me to hear over head announcements and the flight attendants. They blocked all of the children crying and screaming that my coworker complained about when we landed. They hold a charge well and sound just as great as I would expect Bose to sound. I was nervous when I read other reviews, but did not have any of the issues I read about. Certainly worth the cost. So good in fact I'm buying them for my father for Christmas.

I am completely blown away by the quality of these headphones. From the actual materials used to the most important part (for me), the actual sound quality irrespective of the ANC function. That being said, the ANC function is really well implemented and works as expected. It cancels out most of the repetitive noise coming from the environment and does so without altering the sound signature too much. It is indeed a very pleasant signature even with it filtering out most of the noise. The fit of the provided silicone tips/wings is very comfortable even after prolonged use (>7 hours flight). The provided battery charge with first use was about 9 hours of listening time at good levels (loud enough to isolate you pretty well even without having ANC turned on - it was turned on for the majority of these 9 hours anyways.) What impressed me the most is the sound quality and details to mid-low end of these headphone. Really wasn't expecting it for ANC-enabled ones. I will probably buy some of these as gifts in the near future.

What I like: -As with almost any Bose product, sound quality is exceptional. -Ear bud comfort is as comfortable as I have had. -Battery life was 10+ hours, very acceptable. Here are my issues with the device: -As a larger person, 6'4" 210 lbs, the neck band is uncomfortable to me and my 17" neck. It is too rigid, it needs to be more flexible. -Controls are cramped. The volume/audio controls are on one edge of the right ear cable. The noise cancelling controls are on the side of the same switch box. (See picture) -Power and charging are on the neck band, the power button is hard to locate by feel. The charging port is also very hard to find. While I have it listed as a like, with the battery located in the neck band, I would expect this headset to have a longer battery life than something like the Bose Sound Sports. Its battery life is very similar to my SS. I am still pleased with the headset. I use it at work while sitting at a desk. The neck band rotates on me at times and just feels uncomfortable. If I turn my head to the side, the neckband rotates with my head turn, but stays in the rotated position when I turn my head back again. I have had other headsets with a neck band design that stayed in place better than these do for me. Your mileage may and will likely vary. Personally I would not use these during a workout. An absolute must, install the Bose Connect app from the App Store, Google Play or wherever you find it with your device. The app will allow you to connect the headset to multiple devices and switch between devices. The app will also allow you to adjust the noise cancelling with a visual representation of how you have it set. The App is priceless and a must have, especially if you have multiple headsets or devices you connect to. Overall, this is a very well made headset with some comfort issues for those of us of a larger size. I would highly recommend it on sound quality alone. I would recommend trying a set on before buying if you are an XL or larger person.

I had my eye on these for a while, but have heard mixed reviews of the earbud model. Plus, the price is quite high for something that may not block that much noise. I decided to give these a try when they went on a rare sale. I tried the over the ear models in store to get a sense of what to expect. They made me somewhat dizzy and nauseous, but I decided to try to QC 30 anyway. Initially, I did seem to experience some dizziness and nausea, but milder than with the over the ear models. About two weeks of using them, including on a few plane rides, and I don't notice any side effects and am in love with these headphones. The first time I put them on, I started noticing sounds in the music I hadn't heard before, reiterating Bose's sound quality. The nosie cancellation works satisfactorily. I really love the ambient sound control, although it's a bit odd, as it brings the sounds in via a microphone, so it's a sort of amplification, but works well. While I was worried it wouldn't block out higher pitched sounds like talking, it dulls them enough to make it tolerable. Low sounds, like plane engines and fans, are cancelled very well. When I've been at my desk and have a fan on, I've forgotten how loud it was because it was silent with the headphones on. For talking and even kids noises at home, I can be very sensitive to sound and noise. Again, I can hear some of it, but it gets into the tolerable level, where I can deal with it and it doesn't bother me. These have been great for meditating, as well, helping reduce distractions. I really like that they can connect to two devices simultaneously, making it easy to switch audio between devices. I appreciate being able to control both noise cancellation and which devices are connected via the Bose+ app. It took me some playing with the eartips, and I tried all the sizes multiple times. My ears got tired in early use but can tolerate them for hours without a problem now. I use the medium tips now. Overall, they are very comfortable. The neckband is quite light and not annoying. I do wish the earbuds were magnetized to stay together on your chest when not in the ears. They can wiggle around a bit when hanging. Battery life has been amazing. I haven't done a full test, but from what I've seen, 10 hours is probably an underestimate. My phone battery dies faster. I really like that a case is included. It's narrow enough that it fits in a thin section of my backpack where I know they're protected but can easily travel with me. Overall, I'm very pleased with them and WANT to find excuses to wear them. Especially cutting down the impact of noise that is bothersome to me makes them a very worthwhile investment.

First, note that I have only used these for listening, I haven't tried the microphone, although I found a demo on YouTube that sounded very good. Also, note that I HATE EARBUDS! These, however, are by far the most comfortable I've tried, they aren't just little round things that got deep in your ear, they are large and soft and stay more towards the outside You get three different sizes as well, so you are sure to find a comfortable fit. The Noise Cancellation is just unbelievably effective. I had first tried an over-the-ear pair, and I would say these are at least 90% as effective. But they still allow voice level frequencies in, so even with NC turned up high(both volume and NC are adjustable right on the headset itself) you can have a conversation. The downside is that if you're in a place like a crowded room, where most of the noise is voices, these don't help much. Voice prompts are available or can be turned off. The Android app doesn't really do anything you can't do with the controls on the headset, I tried it but don't use it. Nice feature is that NC works even without a computer connected. BT range is minimal but that could be the fault of my old Galaxy Tab. Did I mention that the sound quality is excellent? It is. They seem to go all day when charged. They are on the pricey side, but after using them for a couple weeks I absolutely love them!

If you're looking for in ear Bluetooth headphones these are the best available. They're expensive, but you get what you pay for. First off the neckband isn't my favorite however I use these all day at work, in and out of the car, and often in stores as well - the neckband comes in handy as the battery will last all day and when I want to pull the ear buds out of my ears the neckband holds them dangling from my neck. The sound quality is the best in market, awesome for Bluetooth. Shedding the wires was liberating. I can't imagine ever using a cord set of headphones ever again. The ear buds naturally block out some sound as they are submerged in your ear canal and the NC does a great job of limiting steady sounds such as an airplane or my diesel tractor I use to clean my driveway. It doesn't cancel, rather limit the noise. They will not work as earplugs for the shooting range but did work nicely for an auto motorcycle show to lessen the engine noises. You can also go the other way with the NC and they essentially work as hearing aids amplifying sound, not as good as when they are not in your ears but can hear well using this feature. Makes it so you really never have to take them out of your ears unless you are worried you'll be mistaken for a secret service agent in public. They stay in your ears perfectly and won't fall out and after a couple of days of getting used to them I don't even notice they are in anymore. Also, they work awesome for a phone. I use all day for this I'm my office and also in the car. Callers feel the sound is fantastic when in my office and good enough when in the car with some wind noise. I can hear the caller clearly in any situation. The price tag had me hesitant, but I feel they're well worth the money. The sound sport is the same headset minus the neckband which provides the NC and much better battery life. However dependant on your intentions the sound sports are awesome too. These are not waterproof though I have gotten the ear buds wet and they're fine, though it's not a product claim so I wouldn't recommend you submerge them. If you buy these you won't regret it, but again consider the sound sport if the battery and NC are not big considerations.

I was looking for a headset to use while I work from home, something that would be somewhat quiet due to dogs/kids/lawnmowers/birds...etc. I knew I wanted something noise cancelling so that I could hear better. I'm very glad the salesperson led me to the wireless though. Very comfortable, great noise cancelling, connects with two devices at once, great battery. Also use it for my walks, airplane, other calls. Its very comfortable on my neck. Great sound quality and everyone says I sound great. My only complaint is when using it on Skype or phone if something comes through it interrupts the call to play the sound. I have better luck if I disconnect one device, turn off computer sounds and turn off the voice prompts on the wireless. I'm still playing around with that. Also, I wish there was a mute button on the wireless set itself. I don't think any other ones have it either from what I've looked at so just something I would like to see.
