other than the fact that the next day delivery took almost a week, it arrived. got it charged and ready for the wife. downloaded the required app turned it on and suddenly i ceased to exist. big smile on the wife's face said it all. fit nicely around her neck. noise cancellation was great. she uses it a lot. it's always in her ear. great gear. buy one and try it.

Neck collar is comfortable Sound cancelling is very good I like that I can pair with Ipad and Android phone at the same time. Can play music from one device (ipad) and control it with bose app on the android phone.

I bought them because I don’t wanna be too hot during LA summer! They are super comfortable, and the sound quality is much close to my QC35, I can wear them the whole day, even sleep! Highly recommended!

I purchased these headphones because I was traveling by air (4+ hours per trip) and had a lot of audio classes to listen to. Using regular earbuds was difficult. The sound of the engines and cabin noise caused me to rewind the audio several times to be able to hear softer parts of the class. These headphones knocked out 90%+ of the background noise. I could hear the instructor perfectly. I could even hear people dropping papers and pencils. I don't listen to a lot of music with them. But, what I have listened to I've found enjoyable. I think there's too much bass for my tastes compared to regular ear buds. Maybe this is a side effect of noise cancelling. I don't know. But it's not a problem. I would strongly recommend these despite the steep price.

Very pleased with my purchase of the Bose noise canceling Bluetooth ear buds. They are very good for tuning out everything.The sound is amazing. I had the earlier version also but the Bluetooth makes them much better.

Nice headphone very comfortable to wear sounds great except it come without the airplane plug like my QC35

I've had a set of QC20's for about a year and was very impressed with the noise cancellation and "fit" of the earpieces. After getting an iPhone 7 I decided to try the QC30's. I've had about 3 firmware updates on the QC30's so far and I can say now, based on direct comparison with the QC20's on a 14 hour flight that they are equivalent at noise cancellation. Battery life is great if just using for the noise cancellation, and still good when listening to music, but I really think it's a miss on Bose's part that they can't be charged while using them. Mine were accidentally left on (my fault) and went dead so I couldn't use them on a shorter flight until I recharged them from a backup battery. The iPhone app works well for linking to the phone and the variable noise cancellation is nice, but not really necessary. The earpieces aren't the same as the QC20's and I find the medium size a little too small which causes the right one with the controls on it to fall out occasionally. I may try the large but I didn't bring all the sizes on this trip after my first impression that they were equally sized to the QC20's. Also the ability to plug into a commercial airline sound port would be nice. The QC35's have that feature along with bluetooth, which is ideal for air travel. But they are big and take up too much room in my already full backpack with all the other stuff I need to do my job from anywhere I travel to. And I just prefer in-ears to "cans", which shouldn't limit function. Bose should keep the features the same between the QC30 and QC35. I still have the QC20's to plug into the airline sound port. Perhaps there is a bluetooth device that can plug into the sound port and allow use of the QC30's wirelessly. If not, there should be....

I never saw the Value of buying expensive earbuds.... Until listening to these Bose QuietControl 30 earphones. These earbuds cancel out sound very well for being so small and compact. I love the phone call features for a few reasons: the ear buds let you know who is calling by the contact name in your phone also it lets you know when the call ends by saying "Call ended".. so there is no awkward silences when you think the other person hung up. One of the best Wireless earphones I have purchased.... In the last year i've purchased at least 6 different brands. One for working out at the GYM ( Sweat proof), one for daily use (Bose QuietControl 30) and one for the Jet Ski ( Water Proof and not as expensive incase I love them).

I’ve bought this headphones when they first came out and loved everything about them but unfortunately the plastic around the actual assembly started pealing off, I would use them for the gym and also to travel but sadly I had to replace them because the plastic started to fall apart, I hope the next model is made stronger. The sound canceling and the actual sound is awesome on these, too bad they didn’t last much.

Quality head phone and sound great. I like them and they stay charged a long time

The noise cancellation works better than I thought

I picked this ones mainly because of battery lasting almost 10 hrs. I fly a lot and sleep on air. Noise reduction is good enough to keep away any crying baby on the airplane.

I love the sound and isolation of these. With or without noise canceling on. I do have a couple of small criticisms though. Sometimes I need to leave one earpiece out in order to hear a conversation and that thing will get caught on everything, while I'm working. I fear ripping it off. Wish it had a way to attach it to the band. Also, I wouldn't mind some sort of optional clip to hold the neckband in place and keep it from rotating around my neck.

Great headphones, i use these at the gym and they block out everything. Very comfortable fit, even laying down on a flat bench these do not fall off, maybe a slit turn but overall comfortable and keeps me focused.

As far as ear buds goes these were pretty good at noise cancellation. Nowhere near as effective as the Bose 35 Headphones. Sound quality good not great for price. The marketing of adjustable noise cancellation over rated. Sits in ear very well but should note the length of wire from base to ear buds not adjustable like some other Bluetooth wireless ear buds.

Updated from wired ones and the noise cancellation on these is perfect for situations where one still needs some amount of awareness of the surroundings, e.g. traffic. Battery life is excellent.

I wouldn't change anything about these headphones. I can't believe how well the noise cancellation works. The sound and battery life are great, and the companion app for managing the headphones is great.
