Awesome sound, lightweight and the warranty was amizing

Great for travel. Small case sits nice on neck. Only negative is can’t use on plane since I didn’t have ability to plug into plane connecting port

Really wanted to love this but it's too bulky to carry easily. The controls are not user friendly and the rigid neck wrap tends to fall to one side or the other. Also, even tho the ear buds appear to be the same as the QC20's but just aren't as comfortable for some reason.

This product is very expensive, but sound quality and noise reduction is outstanding. I would recommend getting the replacement insurance, I purchased it, and have replaced the original purchase twice. Each time I have had to replace, the problem was that the unit would not cut off unless you plugged in charging cable. Great product, but buy the insurance.

This headset is beneficial for gym enthusiasts. Loud noises at public gyms are normal occurrences. Therefore, mitigate loud, rambunctious noise by using these noise canceling headsets.

Really good at noise cancelling, really good sound to my ears. It feels a little weird to have the collar around my neck and I wish the battery lasted longer. Good for cross country flights east to west coast but then they need a recharge. Can't have it all I guess... Love not being connected to computer/tablet/phone with the headphone jack

I have the Bose QC35 and love them. I was concerned about getting these earbuds as I was not sure the noise cancellation would be as good but really wanted something that took up less room in my carryon. I fly a lot and was very impressed. The sound is rich and clear and cancellation as good as the QC35. I love them and absolutely recommend.

I have purchased approximately 5-6 high end headphones/earphones in the last 5 years before discovering this piece. By far the best portable and efficient earphone I have ever owned. In fact may not need a new one for years to come. But more importantly, being able to have outdoor phone conversation as if you’re in a vacuum is truly exceptional and remarkable.

Let me start by saying, I love Bose products. They have made a boat load of money off me over the years. I have loved everything I have purchased from them.....until now. Unfortunately that day has finally come where I have to return a product and give it a bad review. I really wanted to like the QuietControl 30 headphones....but I can't. I currently have the following: QC 15, QC 20i, QC 35, SoundSport Wireless, and a couple of pairs of earbud's (don't remember their names). So I know and love Bose headphones. I have purchased and returned Jaybirds, Beats, Sony, etc.. because I've always preferred the sound of Bose headphones (as obvious by how many pairs I own). The sound quality of the QC 30's is typical Bose (exceptional) and, of coarse, the noise cancelling is second to none. So, what is the problem with these you might ask. First is the design. My neck is 19 1/2 inches around and although it is very light, there is no way I cannot notice the neck ring while I'm wearing these. I know they need to put the noise cancelling hardware somewhere but they could have made the ring adjustable at least (maybe Gen 2 will be). Not the deal breaker though. Second (and the deal breaker) is the inconsistency in the Bluetooth signal. When I'm sitting at Starbucks and my iPhone 6 is sitting on the table two feet away the connection is great (also with my iPad Pro). Put that same iPhone 6 in my pocket 3 feet away and start moving around or move the iPad a little further away and the signal will keep cutting out and make listening to music impossible. This is unacceptable for a $322.86 pair of headphones. Maybe I just got a bad set and no one else has this problem. I really hope so, but tomorrow my pair is returning to the store and I will wait for the second generation to see if they are any better. As I said, I love Bose headphones and it kills me to return these, but if they don't work right then there's no point in having them. Back to Best Buy tomorrow. As for if I would recommend them to a friend I would have to say yes because maybe I did get a bad pair and if they get a good pair they will love them. Otherwise just return them as I am going to.

I have been thinking about making a wireless headphone purchase for quite some time but was skeptical until a friend of mine bought a pair of Bose quite control wireless headphones. I thought I'd give it a try and I'm amazed at how easy they are to use but more importantly the sound quality is excellent. Bose is a name I've always trusted and will continue to do so!

I love these headphones! They do an excellent job of quieting the background noise with excellent sound quality. Only thing is that I wish they had a storage capability for the earbuds when not in use

I was looking for something to replace the now defunct Bose Sleepbuds and my review is based on that. The noise cancelling certainly works well. It does a very good job of masking loud snoring while playing at a relatively soft volume. I imagine music folks will love the sound. The necklace piece I could do without but eh. The bids are a bit bulky. Would have been nice if there was a magnet to the buds together when out of your ears. In terms of sleepwear, if Sleepbuds were a 10, these would be a 7.

Although the audio quality is not the most important feature for me, I was gladly surprised. The ANC works really well on planes and noisy environments. The only feature that is missing is vibration upon receiving calls.

I really like these. Been waiting for a pair of noise canceling ear buds that were wireless. The noise canceling is not as good as the Bose wired earbuds, but it's still pretty good and the battery has a pretty good life.
