I like the adjustable noise canceling. The neckpiece design allows it to move easily which is a bit annoying. It's also too rigid. LG neckpiece is a lot better.

This product is great sound great comfort but to fond with the neck band I notice that the band will move around constantly

Great movie cancelling feature with controllable option using a smartphone, good for people to listen music or take calls working in a noisy place

In fairness the product wore fine. The earpieces stayed in and the clarity was average. The noise cancelling was great. I bought them because I travel for work a lot and needed them for the airport./taxi etc. I returned them because I was getting complaints about the noise around me being amplified. I could not hear anything around me but the person on the other end could. These were not for me. I need something to mute the background when I am not speaking.

I think these Sound like typical Bose: Clear and Warm. The noise cancelling canceled out about 80% of my cheap walmart blender noise...pretty good. The noise cancellation feels natural as well-that would only make sense if you've experienced "bad" or "overly agressive" noise cancellation

The headphones looked and felt great great. Had problems with ear buds staying in my ears especially with excessive movement. Also band around the neck kept moving around my neck with slight movements.

My husband has slight hearing issues and this headset solves those issues easily. He loves it.

These wireless headphones work great for drowning out the noise of the lawnmower and I have excellent quality sound for my music or listening to a book. The quality of the sound really surprised me! I also use them while walking with just one earbud in and the sound is still nice.

Only one negative and that is that the headphones don’t retract or pin up out of the way when not in use Otherwise the sound is Bose quality

Great sounding headphones with a real depth feel to them. Although the neck piece tends to move around a bit and there is wind noise when talking on the phone..

I bought this product after the Beats X disappointed me. I had other Bose headphones which I really like, but I wanted to try one wireless, so I decided to buy the QuietControl™ 30. They are excellent, I used while traveling on a long flight, the noise cancellation just works fine.

I really like Bose headset. I have three in total now. This has a good battery life letting me get good usage all day. The microphone is very good. Almost to good in that it picks up others sounds too well. The only shortcoming is the sound is very midrange when listening to music.

Very good noise cancellation, but seems to loose connectivity at range not up to 10M which is meant to be standard bluetooth range

After so many tries with different noise cancelling earbuds, this is the one for me noise cancelling is great the sound is superb. Thank you Best Buy for such a great customer service. I feel good shopping there with wonderful workers and helpful. Again thank you I'm loving my bose

I love my Bose, only one downfall is my ears are so small that they do hurt my ears or sometimes fall out..my ears are also too small for the true wireless ear buds so I went with the rap around. The sound is excellent and you can block outside noise

Not as great at noise cancellation as originally thought (at least in the airport and on the plane), but they are great headphones with awesome sound quality.

Great sound and battery life but not good at all for talking on the phone.

My wife needed a headset for work to cancel out the background noise in her office. This set was recommended by the salesperson. They are fully adjustable for how much noise you want to cut out, this is exactly what she needed. My wife is very happy with them & said they work great.

Works excellent with great sound and clarity like you would expect from Bose. The only dislike is the collar likes to spin and shorten the Ear bud wire.
