For music it is a 5. For calls most people couldn't hear me good and it was really frustrating. The problem i had is the left year got a short in it and was nothing but static. This happened twice so i changed to Samsung buds+.

Best quality noise cancelling earphones! The only thing else I would consider are the headphones (QC35) but would prefer these comfortable in-ear ones

I trust Bose and this product speaks for itself. It does what it says, cancelling outside noise so you can just listen to your favorite type of music.

Earbuds didn't fit comfortably, kept falling out, felt cumbersome. After I purchased I found a couple of great sets of wireless earbuds at a store new to Seattle. Out of respect for Best Buy, won't name the store. Very cool w far superior sound and noise cancellation for the same price.

these sounded great as I would expect Bose to sound. I did return them as I didn't think I would use them often enough.

These help me to block out surrounding noises while I work at my desk computer. They are almost as good as my 3500's and better for work.

sound is very great especially base sound. will be very nice if there is a way to hide the ear plug when finishing listening to music (samsung style)

The noise cancelation feature was cool for the first couple of days, but after a while you start to listen out for the sound quality, and the equals of the music.nothing exceptional there in that department.even with the noise canceling feature on as you are listening to the music.

Love Bose. Speaker quality is there as always. I have several LG sets and until last year all I wore.Their styles got better although more fragile. Problem I have with these Ear buds I suggest you consider is ear buds are not retractable or even magnetic. When your not using them they will hang down or be swinging and catch on things if you are active
