I love the ease of switching from listening to music on my iPhone to watching a video on my iPad. Inside the Bose App simply select the headphones and the devices are changed. A touch on the pricey side, and the charging time seems to be longer than most Bluetooth devices I have worked with.

Audio quality was outstanding for listening purposes, but I really needed a unit to excel with call quality as well & this did not so the item was returned.

Sound Ok, calls bad

Music: sounds great. Noise cancellation: not terrible but I expected better. phone calls: terrible, the sound of the call is clear in both directions however the noise cancellation is turned off and the sensitive mics pics up and amplifies mechanical sound therefor while i am talking with the headset i can all of a sudden hear keyboards working and mouse clicks from a few tables away. i actually thought the product was defective so i sent it to a lab but it came back that its OK - as designed. Summary: Not what i expected from a company with such a great reputation.

Have you tried using the Bose Connect App? Perhaps there can be an adjustment made to the settings of your headphones there that might better suit your listening preferences.
