Very comfortable, very effective. Reduces the impact of tinitus for me. Battery life could be better, but these are small so it's a worthwhile trade off. Lights on the case are a little too bright at night.

They are comfortable and easy to wear I was misinformed by staff these are not able to be used for anything else but the app intended for high price for canceling noise

My house isn't sound proofed very well and I'm a light sleeper, so the original version really helped me sleep through the night.. especially after getting a Husky puppy that was noisy. I did 2-3 warranty exchanges on the original due to the magnet breaking off, which would cause the ear bud to not align right and charge. This new unit has 3 magnets (instead of 2) and arranged differently. I'm hoping they solved the issue, but my suggestion is purchase a warranty if they offer it eventually.

Perfect to block out background noise when you sleep! Plus they are comfortable to wear.

Bose sleep buds mask unwanted noise fine. Buds are comfortable to sleep with. Noises preloaded into app are good

so far so good - just tried these. Great idea, may take some time to find the right noise to help me sleep better. they stayed in really well and no discomfort

I wanted to like these earbuds. I got them to muffle my husband's snoring. I downloaded the companion app to my phone, that includes a wide library of white noise sounds. The earbuds definitely lessened the noise level, but they were very uncomfortable to wear unless I slept on my back. Sleeping on either side with my ear on the pillow was not comfortable at all. I tried the various size inserts but nothing worked. Had to return them

Bose sleepbuds II exceed my expectations. I had the former incarnation and was a bit disappointed with the fit and the limited selections of masking sounds. Sleepbuds II, however, has expanded the selection of sounds and has improved the fit. I am a side sleeper and the former version pressed on my ear to the point of disturbing my sleep, defeating their purpose. These are much better.

These are very comfortable to wear and do a great job masking sounds so that you are able to sleep better!

Would be better but they irritated my right ear in the outer canal. There is a scab there and I don’t use other in ear head phones. But I have amazing sleep with them

Works so well, I can sneak out and have affairs while my wife is unconscious.

My goodness. I can't believe how much they have helped me sleep. I was getting about 2 hours of sleep at night if that. And now I sleep through the night. They fit just right. They are small size then the regular earbuds. They fit snugly in my ears so they don't fall out. Sometimes I do have trouble getting them out. And that's fine with me. I do wish you could download more of the sounds on their app. They are a little high , but to me it's worth it.

It is comfortable and easy to use. I just wish it wasn't limited to just the bose app and can be used as regular headphones. other than that it's good.

Earbuds are very comfortable, and work well. Case doesn’t stay charged for more than a couple days without use, and I’ve not determined how to listen to something other than the Bose provided music.

Such an investment if you struggle with sleeping. Blocks out sound really well and are super comfortable.

It does mask or hide most all outside noises. I don't hear my wife or the car next door. It was recommended that I try wearing this for my tinnitus, it does noting for my tinnitus. Plus it's expensive.

Very nice sounds comfortable fit . I like d the option to download many different sounds .

You can't find a better, more valuable level of quietness. When you sleep then these will blow your mind.
