Helps me sleep so soundly. I can’t wear them every night as they start to hurt but they are great.

Great ear bud, just wish they can play music and not the app music.

So far, it seems like they've fixed the original battery problem. They're using a different type of battery all together.

After less than 1 1/2 years this product does not retain a charge. There have been multiple issues along the way. I would not recommend this product or Bose to my worst enemy!

Battery life is OK. The app has issues connecting sometimes when you have other Bluetooth items around (like an Apple Watch), which is frustrating. I’m starting to get irritated in my ears where the battery charging spots are on the earbuds. They do help me sleep a little better with my snoring husband. Ease of operation and comfort would have to be improved for me to recommend.

Better ear pieces, usb c charging cable and redesigned case with perfect magnetic fitting onto the ear buds. The app is much better with more sounds and much quick transfer, approx 1 minute per soundtrack. I like the new sounds on offer from the sound library. Looking forward to gaining my sleep back again!

This could really be a great products if I could listen to whatever I want to listen to. I read a response from Bose to somebody else with the same complain and Bose said that the product was made in that way to keep the small profile. That is a good feature of this item but Bose should make an application available to make and download music to this item. Noise reduction is not that great. I could still hear my wife snores. Nothing like the Bose QC 20. I just ordered another QC 20. I don't mind the cables.

Bought them for my wife to sleep with because I snore. They hurt her ears to wear all night

I purchased these as a gift for my wife, hoping to help her get a better night's sleep. They've worked better than I could have hoped for. She says they're comfortable (and she typically cannot use earbuds due to the small size of her ears).

I liked these ... at first. But within three weeks the right side failed. I took them back and traded for a second pair. The right side failed again, this time in less than two weeks. I really appreciated Best Buy's liberal return policy. But the quality control at Bose was a disappointment.

i bought the first generation ones, hoping these would be as useful. Sadly, they did not block out snoring as much as i remember. Also, for me, i can hear by heartbeat. Not sure if that's unique to these, but it happened to me with in-ear buds before (but not the bose QC-20s) i recommend trying them and seeing if they solve a very specific sound issue for you.

Bought them February 2021, less than normal use I would say, they literally look brand new. They just wouldn’t charge anymore, talked to Bose online no warranty left. For a product so expensive I wouldn’t buy again.

My son works nights and these earbuds allow him to sleep during the day while my grandchildren are here.

These are amazing...cant sleep without them...only downfall is my left side has stopped working twice and i have bought 3 pair already! They dont work with talking on the phone just plays white noise thru bose app. Bose has replacement warranty for 1 year!

It plays ambient sounds in your ear while you sleep. And the sounds have to be fairly loud or you hear everything, even normal chatter from people around. Only good thing is theyre very comfy in ears. Thats why 2 stars. Tried for 2 weeks. Returning.

Honestly nothing like these sleep buds. Well made (like everything from Bose) and does the job very well. Not sure why they didn't think to include the option to play music and content outside of their dedicated app, but serves it's purpose well

These work great if your partner snores. I had the first generation and they were alright but these are better. I also like that you have the option to upload sounds to your buds and don’t have to use Bluetooth all night. It is called “phone free” option under settings.

Much needed and improved upgrade from the first generation sleep buds! Buds are flat so it doesn’t make the scratching noise like the first generation did when you sleep with your ear to the pillow. Thanks for a better night sleep!

These started off as great product, now the right one doesn’t work and even the reset procedure won’t help. I’ve read this is a common issue. Hope this works in the future, some of my best sleep is because of these buds.
