    The Bose II Sleep Buds worked great for about a week. I have sent them in for replacement. The left ear bud stopped holding a full charge. Just received the replacements.

    Not good if you suffer from tinnitus

    I have trouble sleeping because of tinnitus and hoped this would help. Unfortunately, I found that I had to turn the volume too far up in oder to drown it out, which made it impossible to sleep. I tried several of the built-in sounds and found nothing that would work well. I will be returning these.
