    I could see this maybe helping some people, but my husband's snoring was way too loud for these very quiet sleepbuds, even at full volume. The programmed sounds are not very soothing either, so I sent these back.

      Hey Brent, this does seem strange, did you have the right eartips selected from the choice in the box? Sleepbuds are designed to conform snugly to your ear, while the eartip forms a gentle, comfortable seal for passive sound reduction. Try out the other tips in the box to get a more secure fit and block out that extra bit of noise. Our Bose Sleep app will talk you through how to find the best fit upon initial set up!

      Hello, we're happy to see you enjoy our products. The reason the Sleepbuds II are not noise cancelling and only play the sounds available from the app is for battery life.

    Out of the box, the buds will not charge. Stuck at 23% charge and have to return them.

      Hello Loki! Sorry to hear you ran into an issue with your Sleepbuds not fully charging, but I’m happy to help! Returning the buds to the case and allowing them to charge until the long, bar LEDs on the left and right side glow solid before removing them from the case should properly calibrate the batteries. This can take up to 6 hours of continuous charging, so please do not remove the buds until these LEDs glow solid or the calibration process will restart.     It didn’t do what it said it would. On the contrary, it kept me awake. I suffer from insomnia and my hope was to find a therapeutic way to dealing with the insomnia, without going the route of prescription medication. As much as I love Bose products, this wasn’t one of them that worked for me.

      Hello,
      We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your product. The Sleepbuds II will not stream your own music, audiobooks, or podcasts. Instead, they play specially curated relaxation content to help you fall asleep and masking sounds to keep noises from disturbing sleep. In order to achieve a form factor small enough to be comfortable for sleeping, and accommodate a battery that can support sound playback for an entire night, we made the conscious design decision not to stream audio to Sleepbuds. Instead, the sound files are stored on each of the earbuds and played back locally, dramatically extending the audio playback time achievable in this tiny form factor.

    These ear buds are terrible. They can’t be used for anything except their custom app that has very limited options. These are not high priced, high quality ear buds, they are a crappy sound machine, an expensive crappy sound machine.

    Bought a year ago and have only used a few times. Went to use recently and charging case will not charge. Not in warranty and ridiculous replacement cost.

    for the price it is extremely disappointing the only sounds you can listen to are the lame sounds provided by Bose. you CANNOT listen to anything else :-(

      Hello Kenny,

      To ensure you get a full night of use from the Sleepbuds. The sounds are downloaded directly onto the Sleepbuds. This is why you can't stream music, or other sources with them.

    Not being able to load your own sounds to the buds was a deal bresker for me. The buds also hurt my ears very badly after extened use. Better off finding a comfortable pair of true wireless buds instead of these. Too much money for sich a lacking device.

    Stopped working in 60 days

    Stopped working in less than 6 weeks. Paid $250! Best buy only accepts returns refunds for 30 days. Now I have to deal with Bose to get a refund or replacement.

    Product was a miss for me. Ears got hot after having them in all night. Can’t be a good/healthy thing to have batteries sitting in your ears all night. Returned them after 2 days of use.

    They're ok. They don't mask as much sound as I would like. I would have given them 4 stars but they won't hold a charge making them the most expensive paperweight that I have ever purchased.
