    Not small enough

    I actually really liked them and hoped they would work well for me. However I have very small ears and even the smallest “sleeves” weren’t quite small enough. They rubbed a sore within a few days inside my ear. Very bummed.

    Bought for the wife. She loves them. She is a light sleeper. She found them comfortable, easy to setup and liked the "white noise".

    I personally did not like the earbuds. They where uncomfortable to wear at night. They where hard to get out of my ears. I also didn’t like the sounds Bose choice. I would prefer to use my own music, sound, book to fall asleep to.

    Not worth the money!!! I own several Bose products and this is the worst product EVER!! Don't waste your time or money. Battery life sucks; sound library is ridiculous. You can only choose maybe 6 of their sounds (which are lacking) and that’s it. Dies in the middle of the night and the sound choices are VERY limited. Don’t waste your money or time. So frustrated that I spent the money on this!!!

      I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues with the battery on your Sleepbuds II.
      I would recommend that you try updating the firmware. You can do this by following the instructions outlined here: https://bose.life/33Cn2Eh.
      Regarding the sounds, you can store as many sounds as the memory allows. This is due to the fact that the sounds are stored on the buds themselves. Make sure to keep your app up to date as we do add new sounds.

    Almost zero noise cancellation

    I was hoping these would help mask the sound of snoring, they don’t, not even a little, the passive noise cancellation is worthless, for $250 I expect more. The do not have sleep tracking, you can only use the stock sounds, they are less effective than a cheap pair of ear plugs.

    Weird pulsation sound constant

    There is a constant pulsating sound coming from these. Updated to latest firmware and no changes. Also they are quite uncomfortable when sleeping on your side. Like a hard peice of plastic pushing into your ears... I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.

      Hi Bogdan, I am sorry to hear that you are finding the Sleepbuds uncomfortable. For optimal noise masking and stability, it is important to choose the correct size ear tips for your Sleepbuds. If they are uncomfortable or don't feel secure in your ears, try the different ear tip sizes that come with your buds to determine which provides the best comfort and fit.

      The pulsating sound, is this with all of the Noise Masking sounds or a specific one? I would recommend trying all of the sounds in the app to find one that works for you!
