I purchased the speaker open box without a remote not realizing it cannot be set up without one. Bose does not sell them currently and have not had them in stock for quite some time. Bose does not have any alternative but to wait for a replacement remote to become available essentially making my speaker useless for an unknown amount of time. I couldn’t return it to Best Buy in time because I purchased it right before going on vacation so now I’m stuck with it.

Bose excellent design for the smart soundbar with Wifi, Bluetooth and voice activation for google and alexa application all wireless system and also with optical and HDMI ARC interface.
