This soundbar is small in size but wide in sound. In lower volumes the dialogue is very clear and enough bass for a bedroom. When the volume is turned up the dialogue is still clear but if you like booming bass you will need a subwoofer. So far I haven’t added the sub but will likely do so in the next couple of months because I like booming bass. The Bose app makes it user friendly to adjust the sound. Movies and music both sound great and the ability to customize the sound add to the overall value of the unit. The inclusion of Dolby Atmos to this compact unit only adds to what is already a great unit and for the price it competes with higher end soundbars.

First, the sound is amazing on the device. I do not regret the output quality. What I don't like is the overall experience - Since purchased, I've encountered a failed software auto update which blocked usage. Luckily I was able to find a guide online which let me manually push a firmware update. The unit also randomly disconnects from my TV. Connected via HDMI, the unit randomly becomes unavailable. Cycling through source modes (bluetooth, tv) does not resolve this and I have to physically disconnect the power, reboot and select the sound output from the TV. The TV (LG Brand) & Cables used are all new, so I don't know why this is happening.

Bose did it right with this one. Sound field envelopes you with clarity, bass through the app can be adjusted to suit your taste, height adjustment is perfect, treble adjustment can also be adjusted, all this and Alexa too. Music is perfect, TV sound is clear, movies are beyond description. You feel like you are in a theater. The bass module may be a future addition, but I'm very pleased with my purchase. I tried Vizio All in One, Denon 217, and JBL 5.0 Multibeam. Each one was a step up in price, but none had the desired sound I was looking for. After getting an email from BOSE about this new release, I did research and decided to expand my budget to settle on this.

The size is good (not too wide or thick or tall) and it definitely makes dialog easier to hear and understand. You've got to crank up the volume more than I would have thought, but you get used to that. I like it, although if you watch mostly TV and not movies it is possible you could be just as happy with their TV Solo bar at a little less than 1/3 the price. If you can expose the bar so it can bounce sound off your ceiling and walls (ours is partially enclosed at the front of a cabinet) you will get better results.

This speaker couldn’t be easier to connect to a TV. Just used eARC to my tv and then set up using the app. I love that i can cast to this speaker, it has some great features. I have seen mixed reviews about the app, but it has worked well for me and playing music is simple! Over very happy with the purchase and would recommend checking out their open box for a good deal.

Incredible sound from this soundbar. Easy setup. Have this connected through hdmi arc and control it through my xgimi projector remote with ease. Love controlling it through the bose music app as well. Awesome! I have samsung soundbars connected to my tv's which work great but for my theater i had to go with bose because bose is far better than any other soundbar i tried.

My living room and dining room make one large area. I have 2 Bose 500 Smart Speakers in opposite corners. I have 2 Bose Portable Smart Speakers for the other opposite corners. Although it sounded good, it was missing something. In comes the Bose 600 Smart Soundbar. I use it for music only. It can be grouped with the other smart speakers listed above using the Bose Music App. Also, a Bose Bass Module can be added to the Soundbar. Shazam, you have great sounding music with that sub-woofer feel.

Very full sound stage from such a small all in one audio system. Tried this without the addition of a subwoofer for the master bedroom. The bass created by this soundbar is enough alone for a smaller room. Very well balanced low, mid, and highs, with the addition of the Bose app, makes tone control and height adjustments easy to adjust. Very pleased with this purchase.

Although im not a huge fan of soundbars, this Bose soundbar sounds pretty good specially with the sub. Once you get the settings where you want, it’s quality. Setup is quick, easy, and user friendly.

The sound overall is good. The problem is with the odd collection of remotes -- one for Soundbar, one for the new Samsung TV and the third for channel changing. At times Soundbar turns itself off. One minor complaint. Did China and its manufactuirng affiliates run out of white paint. The remote for Soundbar is hard on older eyes!

Really clear sound. With built-in Alexa, listening to music is a snap, and the quality of the sound is terrific. Sound for the TV is clear, and the sound bar is easy to use.

Very good and solid sound bar. But there are definitely better ones for the price. Your are paying for the Bose brand. Which their lesser models have gone down hill a bit the last few years. Still a very good and capable sound bar. The bass module will make a world of difference with it as well if your really like to feel your music or movies.

We tried several soundbars at our local store. This one by Bose checked all the boxes for us. The clear, well-balanced sound fills our room nicely. Setup was straightforward and was accomplished in a reasonable time. The Bose app is required to access both basic and all of the customizable settings available for the soundbar.

I can actually hear my tv now without blasting the volume!!! This soundbar makes voice clarity, sound efficiency, and base sound so so good!! I can literally hear a pin drop. It’s such a great new feature to my man cave , along with my base module 500. I just love the roar!!!

I went to the store twice, listened to all the major brands offering a smart soundbar. Narrowed it down to Bose 600 and a comparable Sonos. Took the Bose 600 and comfortable I'd made the right choice [I don't do gaming or watch action movies]. Two days later added the 500 bass subwoofer. This is now the system I was looking for. I'm really enjoy being able to quickly add or remove the subwoofer or tweak it with the Bose app.
