Best sound bar on the market. If pairs with the subwoofer you can’t go wrong!

Sounds great! Expensive, but great quality sound. Satisfied with my purchase.

I don't know how this sucker manages to throw sound around the room, but after many instances of wandering upstiars to figure out what is beeping/who's at the door/etc and then realizing it was the TV show I'm watching but somehow the soundbar made it sound like then noise came from behind... yeah, I'm impressed. Cons? It's expensive.

This sound bar does exactly what we needed it to do, enhances the voices on any show, movie, etc so well that the volume is no longer up so loud it can be heard in other rooms! The additional features of having Alexa was a bonus. Programming with the smart TV features is taking a bit of time but well worth the effort. Highly recommend this sound bar. And we didn't even purchase the subwoofer which is just as expensive but not needed in our opinion.

We decided to buy a soundbar to go with our new smart T.V. we chose a bose unit due to the sound quality and reputation. My best buy store only had an "open box" unit in stock. We figured we'd save ourselves a couple dollars and bought the open box unit. Assured it had been checked over and missing nothing. Got home and it was missing the owners manual/setup instructions:/ and also the HDMI cable.

Let me start off by saying I am a big Bose fan and have been for several years. I really wanted to like the Soundbar 700 and convinced myself that $799.99 was worth it for a top of the line soundbar. And for movies it sounds great. Good surround effect and enough bass to give some weight to most action sequences all while keeping the dialogue balanced. But for music it’s a different story. Everything sounds very processed and when you crank it up it becomes obvious that a subwoofer is needed. This is even more apparent when you listen to anything with a lot going on at once. For instance if you are listening to heavy metal with the double kick drum going and guitars/bass churning, be prepared to be unimpressed except at very low volumes. Also, the volume levels of different instruments and the vocals seem off from their normal levels on several tracks. For the same price I exchanged for the Sonos Beam and 2 Sonos One speakers. HUGE Improvement. Movie experience is better with actual rear speakers and for music it’s a night and day difference. I’m sure the Bose surround speakers could help improve the Bose 700 as well, but that’s $300 more. For $799.99 I expected much more from Bose.

Great sound. Little pricey, but can't wait to get the sub and surround speakers to go with it.

My family is downsizing in homes, but I wanted great sound system with having to wire house for speakers. Have older Bose sound bar in master bedroom and it sounds excellent. This new Bose 700 sound bar system comes with Alexa and wireless sub-woofer and produces excellent sound for the money. Placed in a large open living room. Great buy.

If you listen to content loudly, you’ll love this soundbar. Unfortunately, at lower volumes it’s hard to hear dialogue over background sounds. I did not try adding satellites but imagine that might help. I just didn’t want to dish out additional cash to find out. The real disappointment was the software. I returned the soundbar and am sticking with my TV’s built in speakers.

i have almost use all the soundbars which includes Sonos Play bar but this one is one of the best..just you have to know how to use it...for the best use of this bar you guys need to change settings in your tv ..Tv are usually through stereo sound for output sources...change that settings to 5.1 pr surround sound...good luck .

Sound is fantastic. Link with other components is a little complicated.

5 stars given only because 6 or more wasn’t an option. A bit pricey, but my ears are worth it.

I must admit that I was a bit hesitant when I went "all in" with the Bose system for our smart TV's and home speakers and have not regretted it one bit. My wife and I love the app and the ability to play our music on any (or all) of our Bose devices throughout the house. The sound is very good. The subwoofer is a great adder. I will say that it’s a bit expensive but we’re happy with all these devices.

Great sound, easy to install, great look. We girls love it and use it all the time.

I have heard a lot about Bose but I never owned any Bose systems before besides the one in my car I got to say this Soundbar sounds amazing it sounds like Adobe Atmos in a way sound sounds like it's coming above you and all around you and I even think it's louder than the movie theaters oh I forgot to mention I did purchase the bass module and the surround sound rear speakers so this review was with them all put together
