I upgraded to the 700 after having the Sound Touch 300 sound bar. The specs on both bars are pretty much the same but what makes the 700 sound better is the app. It allows for more customization and adjustments of audio settings. Great sound.

One of the best sound quality soundbars. After attaching it to Bose Bass module - the output is just amazing. Calibration of speakers using the tool provided is user friendly. Great buy!!!

Bose sound bar 7 series with 2 extension surround speakers make a wonderful sound, even without the $300.00 subwoofer. The setup is by listener position using Bose software and a smartphone. This helps adjust the sound for each listener position in the room. Very clever.

The Bose 700 sound Bar is without question the best one on the market. Great highs and booming lows. It is so much better than the 500 or 300 series Bose also puts out. Save up and spend the extra money you will not be sorry. This is a great addition to any home

Sounds really good and it looks modern, I bought it to hangle on the wall but it comes with no installation hardware, many others sound bars came with it, don't know why this doesn't include the kit considering that the price is already high.

I have the BOSE Soundbar 700, its very elegant looking. It has a solid piece of glass on top and has an aluminum grill surrounding the speakers and the audio quality is superb. If you can afford the price I think you will be happy with the 700. The setup is not the easiest and most user friendly, but if you are patient and follow instructions, you should be ok. Once it is setup, you won't regret getting this speaker. It has good bass for a sound bar but I will probably purchase the wireless subwoofer soon. The only issue so far has been the remote. I have a LG television and it will turn the television off, change channels, but will not turn it on. Still trying to figure that out. I've read complaints about this on Bose website. Overall I would highly recommend this sound bar.

This Bose Sound bar 700 was an upgrade and it was the best upgrade ever. I have to tell you don't try to build a system It will cost you more so a not so good sound. Take my word go Bose and never look back.

The Bose 700 soundbar, sub and surround is the best setup i have ever had the pleasure of listening to. Sound is crystal clear, great lows and crisp highs. Have had several top of line stereo systems in my life and this one beats them all.

I have purchased many soundbars over the past decade. I have used Samsung, Sony, Definitive Technology (which have all been good). But this Bose Soundbar 700 is the best sound I have ever had from a soundbar. I tested out the Sonos and other high end in the store. But you really cant get a feel until you are in your living room. One thing I would highly recommend is getting the subwoofer and the surround sound speakers. Those really make a difference. The app and installation was seamless. My only issue is that the remote takes some gettign use to but it works well overall and you have to use the app to set everything up as well us use the full range of features. Tip: if you are streaming music and grouping to other speakers, make sure to sync to speakers... but if you are watching TV make sure to sync to TV.

Very nice system. The sound quality is great. Once you get a handle on the remote and the back speakers. The quality is excellent. The look of the system would go with any household decor.

I couldn’t be happier with the excellent sound of these duo (soundbar 700 and bass module). As usual, Bose didn’t disappoint me. These units have impressed every house guest I had so far! A big thumbs up! Highly recommended!

Love it. Super easy setup. We bought the surround speakers and the bass and they were extremely simple to add to the system. The mic works great even when playing a show or music to still let you use the assistant. Very pleased.

This is a good soundbar, but without the subs it feels a bit empty. Nice clear crisp sound but flat. It has its own bass control but I feel it's not enough to make it feel complete. Still great sound and nice for my apartment.

I purchased this system and found it to be the best stand alone (non-component) surround system I’ve ever seen and more importantly - heard. This system has great bass and clarity. I can’t wait to hook up console gaming systems in the future!

I can’t begin to explain how awesome this soundbar is. I had some older larger Bose that just didn’t fit in my new house. The sound is perfect, could not be happier. I opted not to go with the subwoofer and am not disappointed

Great sound! Little difficult figuring it out.... set up piece of cake, I used optical cable. To get the sound like you want it to have, I think you need the whole surround sound system. Love Bose but not the price!

Great sound bar. Sound and volume does very well. Clear, no distortion regardless of volume. Bose app makes tuning fast and easy. Recommend also getting 700 base module.

I love the sound quality and that the volume doesn’t have to be cranked up just to hear it. I did have to go to bose home page to figure out how to connect it to my 700 sub with out being connected to the internet.

I like the sound dynamics; did not like the setup time or failure to set up by ethernet, after two factory resets it works like a champ. Given the 900 series is out I really expected Bose to lower the price.

For a sound bar, this produces great sound, crystal clear, and overall worthy purchase. You wont be disappointed A true surround will be more appealing but if you're looking for the now factor. this will suffice.
