Amazing Sound and Great Features

Had no issues connecting the Bose 700 to my Samsung NU8000 via HDMI-ARC and the Samsung universal remote works great with the sound bar. I can even turn the TV on and off with Alexa which is a great feature There is also no delay between the video and audio from the TV to the Bose 700.. Overall very happy with the purchase

Doesn't live up to the Bose name

Bose used to have products that work really well but this soundbar is very disappointing. The sound is okay but all the features don't work like they should. For example the speaker and the Bose Music app don't always connect and the fact that you can't connect to TIDAL is disappointing. Also there are serious connection issues with this soundbar. When I want to play sound through the TV, sometimes i have to connect to music first, then connect to the TV. This is my second Bose soundbar and honestly it's disappointing. I want to move to another brand but I've invested so much already into the Bose brand that everything else that goes with it (sub woofer and satellite speakers) would just end up going into a closet.
