I had to call Bose customer service several times for help. The remote control light does not stay on. You have to shake it around for it to come on. Please fix this Bose.

The bar kept turning itself off during movies. We tried different things and direct connection but couldn't fix the issue. Maybe Alexa just didn't like us?! Lol.

But with bose those were not a problem. Volume is perfect even if its at its lowest, i can hear voices very clearly, and the sound effects are perfect. And thats with the bar by itself.

The instructions are very skimpy and the best bet is to download the full version of the instructions. Once you get it linked to your network it is simple to finish the setup. Nice clean look and not too tall for placing under flat screens.

Only solution is 4-weeks ship it back to Bose for repair. Bose has slipped significantly, both in product quality and customer service. Disappointed in my most recent purchase. Not acceptable for $1500 in soundbar / bass module.

Sound is rich and when paired with the subwoofer makes for a terrific experience with movies, sports and music! Bought this for my partner and they couldn’t be happier!

The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because I purchased it with the 700 series sub and the sub would not connect properly. If you are only getting a soundbar, or don't have issues with sub connectivity then I would recommend this product.

Tou can adapt a Bose sound woofer but no need this sound bar is great without it. But if u want a lot more bass go for the Bose woofer that is my next purschase. Even though it’s great without it. Thanks Bose and Best Buy
