Tried connecting to the “Bose music app”and it would never connect.. or it would be “unavailable “ trying to deal with Bose customer service was a joke.. I am returning it..

I have this soundbar paired with 2 bose 700 subs and the 500 surround speakers. Watching movies is great. Hear things moving behind you. Really hear and feel everything. They say it doesn't have Dolby atmos. But it does just great for me.

it was a little confusing to set up, open up the instruction book and the only instructions are go to the Bose app. there really should be some other instructions their app sucks I almost took it back, but i got threw it and it sounds incredible I use the app as little as i can

Love it. Was on the fence between Bose and Sonos. I am coming from a Klipsch 7 speaker system. Very happy I made the change. it is sleek, powerful, ties into smart home very nicely and the subwoofer is a must down the road.

After leaving the store and testing this speaker system out I was very pleased with my purchase. Once I got home and hooked this speaker up to my entertainment system I was blown away by the quality, bass and overall experience that it gives. Well worth the money.

The Bose 700 Base Module produces a clicking sound when activated. Most annoying. It seems that Bose is aware of the problem. Does not happen with every set-up. Claims to be wireless interference yet they transmit on a special network. Happy with the soundbar 700 but that base module is a problem.

High quality product, easy to use, sound quality is very good for a sound bar but subwoofer is a must have in my opinion though. Bar alone did not produce much bass and was disappointed. Subwoofer adds a high quality soft bass

Bose is my brand of choice. This sound bar is quality that Bose has always had. This sound bar makes it difficult to tell where the sound is coming from, coming from everywhere all at once.

Overall the sound is amazing, but the app for this is not what I expected. I would think for a bose system the app would be much better. I had trouble with the app from the beginning and still do. Need to call customer support to get it resolved each time.

Wireless function proved too difficult to make work. Bose help line and app not any better. I gave up on wireless options but I do enjoy the great sound and just use old school wire connections.

This product is a headache to connect and adjust being it's main function are controlled from the mobile app. Adjust the levels to your liking the first time around once connected or you'll find yourself repeating the set-up process over and over.

I replaced my Sonos system with Bose--awesome! Easy to set up and use, and unlike Sonos, I can connect via Bluetooth and listen to any music I like (Sonos has some issues with Apple and well as certain streaming apps)

The sound is good earc needs to improve lips sync issues could not get to sync properly and earc suppose to eliminate that needs improvement and application sucks big time so bad the I had to return product

I have used Bose for many years. This is the 3rd surround sound type system I have purchased (due to upgrades) and have not been disappointed with any of them. Definitely worth the money when in my opinion this puts out better sound than $5,000 speaker systems.

The Bose 700 sound bar does not disappoint,.. though I am looking forward to get the base unit. The remote is out of this world, sturdy and of high quality. Am glad I spent $700 on this one. Money well spent.

Thus product is a must have for most television. The sound bar 700 definitely boost the sound of ur TV set. When combined with the subwoofer 700 you get a perfect combination. You won’t ever regret having this product trust me.

Being a long time fan of Bose speakers, I was not disappointed. The "dialogue" enhancement feature works very well. Also, my wife loves that she can simply tell "Alexa" to raise or lower the volume. If the price doesn't stop you, the speaker is a great addition.

The store , exterior and restrooms are always clean. The cashiers and sales associates are always neat uniformed polite and well groomed. Everyone makes more than enough effort to assures that you are welcomes and your needs are met.

Great sound, clarity in voices in movies and the background music or sound. Woofer is great and there is a sophistication to the base tones that does not overpower the mid range and high notes. I little expensive, however, i plan to listen to it for a long time.

Product quality is the best of the best definitely recommend. My order was last and sent to the wrong store when ordering and I had to wait longer and go pick it up myself but quality of the item is great!
