It's my go to brand when it comes to quality sound from the over the ear noise cancelling headphones to the in ear headphones, I could ask for a product with EXCELLENT sound quality. My sister has had this product for quite sometime. I bit the bullet and purchased this during the memorial day sale. I've been eyeing it for a while.

Huge upgrade over the Samsung soundbar I purchased back in 2018. My only complaint was that the update process out of the box didn’t work right, and it took me a few hours to be able to update it manually. But now that’s it’s updated, the sound quality is phenomenal.

It constantly disconnects and I’m having to reconnect it like every day. Bose really has gone downhill.

Never Buying Bose Again

TV is a brand new Sony Bravia. I can switch the sound back to the sound bar but it only runs for the same 10 seconds. Spent all this money and it doesn’t work right out of the box. Absolutely ridiculous. Bose demands a premium price so one would expect more. No tech support from Bose. This piece of junk is going back to the store. Goodbye Bose, good luck with product lole this.

It's disappointing to hear you experienced issues with your Soundbar 900. That certainly shouldn't be happening and we're keen to learn why it did this. If this occurred while the TV was connected via an HDMI cable, CEC could be a factor that caused the problem as there can sometimes be incompatibilities between products. This can be resolved using the CEC adjustment settings in our Bose Music app.
