The set up for the soundbar was pretty straight forward. However my Bose app refused to stay connected and would tell me the soundbar was "Not Available". I went to the trouble shooting website and none of the suggestions they had worked at all. I then called Bose support and spoke to a very helpful representative and we discovered the problem: If you have highspeed internet at home, chances are you have a 2.4Ghz and a 5Ghz network. The Bose soundbar only works on the 2.4Ghz. It will lose connection after set up, if you are on the 5Ghz network. My router was set up to have only one display name which combined both networks. I had to go into my internet settings and manually change it so that my router output a 2.4Ghz network and a separate 5Ghz network. After this, I connected my phone to the 2.4Ghz network as well as the soundbar and everything has worked excellently since then. I am a little surprised that this information was not even on Bose's website/ user manual and it seems that some of the representatives people are talking to don't even know that that could have been a possible fix. The audio is great.

Bose - Smart Soundbar 900 With Dolby Atmos and Voice Assistant - Black is one of the best in the home theater sound bars. When you play the sound you will feel like in the actual theater specially when you use the Bose Bass Module 700 wireless. There is no other match to these combinations.

Excellent sound quality (upgrading from a 300) but I am having some issues with this bar. First time experiencing this with Bose and it started right after the return period. When it works it is amazing! Bose customer service was not as helpful as I had hoped for.

This was a replacement for the 700 I had. I love the sound quality and super happy it works with the bass

Just bought this sound bar to go along with the Bass Module 700 and Wireless Surround Speakers. I originally purchased an entire Sonos set up (Arc, Sub and (2) One SL's) but the amount of time I had been waiting on my Arc I finally said forget it and ordered this Bose set up and picked everything up same day. Got everything set up today and it sounds amazing. HIGHLY recommend making sure you do the ADAPTiQ to ensure you are taking advantage of the entire set up.

The Bose is the way to go on a sound bar it’s a must own bar. Easy set up amazing sound quality.

Setup takes a few minutes. But when you take the time....geeesh. this thing had me looking for things in my empty house because it was throwing sounds around the room

Big fan of Bose compared to Sonos, and for ATMOS I don't regret paying so much. One issue I have is that the HDMI goes in an angle and the HDMI cable that comes in the box cracked while I was installing due to pull and push. Since any HDMI 2.1 cable works I bought a new one. Sound is great and with eARC (Even ARC) Dolby ATMOS sounds too good.

Surprisingly rich sound. Paying a premium for the name. Missing the bass from my home theater but waiting to pay $900 for a 10 inch sub. So expensive. If this is affordable ro you, it does sound clear for movies and music.

I think this is an excellent product and good value for money. The sound is crisp and authentic without of course the effects of a subwoofer. There are some issues though with my LG OLED TV sync - sometimes the tv speaker comes back and I have to go to settings to change the output to HDMI Arc.

Great sound, all the bass I want in a soundbar! Quality is top notch, sometimes you really get what you pay for!

I’ve had this product over a year now, the sounds is good, but we had many issues with connectivity to the tv and app and it took a couple updates and switching the connection from hdmi earc to optical for it to work properly.

So awesome the sound is immersive and the ATOMS experience is unbelievable! Bose knocked it out the park.

Excellent sound, l was a little bit I weary of spending that much money on a soundbar and subwoofer. But it was worth every penny. If you can afford it, go out and buy it. I was lucky it was on sale. I've had it for about one month now. The sound is Incredible, movie from blu-ray-player are awesome. Netflix movie sound great, if you have a eArc / Hdmi connection on your t.v
