The looks alone should be enough. This Soundbar is incredible with the Atmos feature you hear sounds coming from all around you. Crisp bass and no muffling of speech. Instead you get immersed in ground breaking sound without the high volume, which means neighbor friendly, lol.. This Cranks for any style music or Gaming without distortion.

Great Sound Bar for the Price

I’m extremely happy with this sound bar! I’m not a huge audiofile nut, but I think this bar sounds great, and is really solid for the price. It’s got impressive bass for just a bar with no sub when you turn it up a little, and if you really wanted the sub-woofer you can add it later no problem. It does a great job of bouncing sound around the room, even with my tall ceilings, and it’s built really well, and looks great in white. The app also has some pretty nice features. Definitely my pick for the best overall sound bar for the price.

I was a bit skeptical at first that a soundbar can replace 5 speakers with dolby atoms but I was wrong. The sound is crystal clear and watching movies and playing games is amazing. For the price of $900 it’s a bit expensive but if you’re looking for a space saving theatre system that comes in a sleek modern style you won’t be disappointed. Also has the ability to pair wireless surround speakers and subwoofer.

I had been wanting to upgrade my home theatre for a while. I had the smaller Bose Smart-sound 300 and it is great. But I wanted to take it to the next level and get those height channels and the Dolby Atmos and I’ll tell you this Bose 900 is a beast! I have it paired with the smaller bass module 500 and they are more than what I could’ve asked for.

Love it. However, I had to call Bose Tech Support, because I had a hard time with the startup application. Other than that, this Soundbar 900 is awsome! Loud, highs, mids, lows and is great for Movies and Concerts. I also bought the Subwoofer and OMG is it great. The House rumbles. But, everything all togeather is a little over $1,800.00, so it's a pricy system.

So I have been waiting for a minute to get this sound bar, watched tons of reviews before settling on the Bose ecosystem. Setup with the app was pretty easy, no glitches. The sound was great especially when playing music, the bass was how it should be not irritating . Still building up the ecosystem looking forward to the bass module next.

Just bought this soundbar and picked it up recently, never really test it yet but you can tell this soundbar is bomb played music on YouTube with this soundbar although I didn't run the adaptiq setup, it sounds really good and it is louder than my old Bose soundbar 700, more immersive. So excited for the Dolby Atmos feature with the 2 upfiring speaker.

The Bose 900 soundbar provides extremely clear and room filling performance. It is easy to set up with the Bose app. The only caveat is, if you want to hang it on the wall, you have to purchase a wall mount for it, since no wall mount is included. It is on the pricey side.

Being a picky lover of bgm, soundtrack, music & movies, early observations of soundbar 900 are very positive. Simple to set up, looks sleek and simplifies usage with 1 tv remote as this system can couple with 4k tv via hdmi port. As my spouse doesnt allow big subwoofers in living room, this soundbar compensates & does a superb job as i can truly appreciate the surround sound effects, crisp instrumental tones & vocals. Bluetooth connecns allow ease of playing songs from phone which was a big issue with bose 550. In addition, surround sound effect from 900 is far better than 550, so highly recommend the extra money between 550, 600 & 900.

Very easy to set up, the app is simple and easy and makes the fine-tuning a breeze. It’s expensive… but it’s worth it when you hear it. I bought mainly for movies and games sometimes.

Ok....so i bought this open box from bestbuy on their memorial day sales...save some money on it. I was actually going to return it because it wouldn't connect to my wifi...very frustrating. But I end up calling Bose customer service and they were very helpful and took care of the issue. This thing pushes out mad power and sounds excellent. I also good the bose bass 700 and surround sound and man oh man....i love that its sleek and you dont have to run and wires. Excellent product.

I've moved up from the Bose Smart Soundbar 300 and 600 to the 900 incrementally enjoying all of them. The increased width of the 900 along with the increased separation of the upward firing speakers over the 600 provides a wider soundstage and Dolby Atmos experience. Although the sound quality of the Smart Soundbar 900 is better than the 600, it's the amount of sound it produces that is more impressive. The glass top provides a more elegant appearance although it does reveal dust and fingerprints easier. Due to the 900's positioning to the TV, I haven't experienced screen reflection issues as others may have mentioned.

I just upgraded my Bose-300 Smart Soundbar to the new Bose-Smart Soundbar 900. The Bose music App made it very easy to set up and pair with my 500 Base module and my 2 4-inc surround speakers that did not need upgraded. The Music App allows a visual for you to see to change your sound settings on all the speakers including adding as much bass needed to give you that true Dolby Atmos fantastic sound we been waiting for. My cable TV outsource is 5.1 and it makes the movies and programing perfect. The soundbar does process from my DVD player movies with Dolby Atmos soundtrack but not with DTS soundtrack, it will be 2.1. This Bose Smartbar 900 is perfect for my 15 x 20 family room and does the job it was designed for and with this Atmos speaker system you do not have to be a sound tech to enjoy. WI-FI is essential to operate with the Bose music App, but the small remote will work also without the App. My TV remote paired with the Bose-soundbar automatically and will turn on and off with the TV remote. This was a great purchase for me, I would recommend this Bose-Smart Soundbar 900.

Outstanding Clarity, Compatible With 3rd Party Sub

Got it on sale, and as an openbox deal for around half-price. Bought to replace a 10yr old Vizio bar that was always muddy with voices, and had started to have audible distortion/static whenever music was playing. Even though the Vizio was a 5.1 bar setup with wireless sub and surrounds, the Bose Smart Soundbar 900 stand-alone delivers incredible clarity of voice and audio fidelity during music playback. I did eventually add a subwoofer for full immersion during films, but will probably avoid the surrounds unless they get deep discounted. I found that you can add a third party subwoofer by tricking the soundbar into thinking you've wired up a Bose Base Module 700 by using a 3.5-to-RCA stereo cable. The subwoofer I'm using is a Polk PSW108. Audio cable is an Amazon Basics 15 ft.

I bought the 900 sound bar first. The quality and sound was excellent. Pricey yes but you can tell the high end finishes. Nice touch with the glass top. Easy to connect. Since then I've added the 700 base module and the surround sound 500 speakers. The sound is next level now.

So I had the Bose lifestyle surround system prior to this. Loved it. Cant go wrong with Bose. I utilized it’s Apple connect which is basically wireless. The sound is a bit odd to get used to with the top speakers on the sound bar. My reason for the 3 stars is it lost connection and locked up twice within 2 weeks. I had to unplug the sound bar and plug it back in for it to work again. I bought this and the bass module 700 and had made the decision to return it cause for $1800 I think it’s crazy for me to have to reset it that often. I will say with it turned up during a good surround movie the sound and bass were fantastic. Sometimes too much bass if there is such a thing. Just my opinion.

Bose Soundbar 900 is a stellar addition to their lineup. The Dolby ATMOS feature is immersive as you can get without adding rear speakers. Setup is easy with the Bose app and a receiver that you wear for about 30 seconds at 5 different listening places in your tv room. Well worth the money

I really wanted to love this sound bar. It sounds amazing, it’s small an very loud. I bought the rear speakers and the sub woofer also. But I can not get over the connectivity issues. Almost every time I switch inputs it loses signal an either I have to shut off my Sony Tv and turn it back on, sometimes multiple times I have to power it off and back on to get sound again. And sometimes I have to unplug the power to tv and sound bar and reset them to get sound. It’s very frustrating and thankfully I have 2 days left to return it so sadly it’s going back. I have multiple Bose products but for the amount of money I paid for it this is something I just can’t accept.
