Easily one of the highest quality sounding speakers with rich deep bass....when the bass module wants to connect. I have had significant issues with the bass module connecting wirelessly. It will often cut out and create this distracting gurgling noise. Bose tech support is basically of no use and recommend just connecting the base to the soundbar via a cord. For the price I feel like they should have this bug worked out...disappointing But if you don't care about connecting your sound bar to your sub with a cord then this system will be ideal.

Connecting a bass module via cable can be a workaround solution if a wireless connection isn't working. Resetting the soundbar and bass module for 5 minutes (by removing them from power) can help here, as can a factory reset of the soundbar as a last resort. It’s a nightmare. It constantly disconnects from tv, constantly make my tv flash when playing PS5, I know it’s the. Bose soundbar because I never had flickering issues with my old Samsung Soundbar, and it’s near connect to the app to make adjustments. It sounds great but the connectivity issues are so bad. I wish I could get a refund. Do not buy this soundbar, be a soundbar that does not require app controls.

DOES NOT COME WITH WALL MOUNT BRACKETS

Every other brand I've bought has come with them. Instead bose expects you to spend $40 for two pieces of bent metal. Was very discouraging to get home all excited to mount this and then open the box and see no mounts only to drive back to bestbuy and realize my local bestbuy doesnt carry them. So instead I had to buy some cheap ones off amazon. Wasting a few days before i can even use the soundbar.
