Bad customer service(Eastvale CA store)

Then i was sent to one of the stores (Eastvale-CA) they never helped and blame the corporate office for not knowing what they were doing or promising. On the store they told me they can't give me the missing HDMI CABLE AND REMOTE CONTROL). If they areable to find a HDMI cable i had to pay for it.
