    I don't have to worry about whether my rear speakers emitted enough sound. I replaced my 5.1 with this system. This is one gem. It has very good bass, decent enough to feel the pulse of an action sequence. At the same time, it won't rattle the floor or window. So if you are in an apartment and worried about causing nuisance to neighbors, you should go for this. If you are really particular about sound coming from back of your ears, then this is not for you. However, the back firing speakers reflect sound and produce a nice sound space to mimic similar effects. All in all, if you don't want lot of wires, but want a premium equipment which sounds great, then go for this.

    Bose is quality sound and this unit more than delivers. Fits easily under the TV, super easy to set up, movie and voice sound modes and a nice sleek look. Great piece of sound ware.
