BOSE BUILDS SOLID PRODUCTS. WE TOOK IT OUT OF THE BOX, SET IT UP - WHICH CONSISTED OF ONE WIRE AND PLUGGING IT IN, FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS TO LINK TO BLUETOOTH AND WE WERE OFF AND RUNNING. THE ONE WIRE WAS TO HOOK TO TV. WORKED SEAMLESSLY. FOR THE SIZE IT IS A POWERHOUSE. IF YOU WANT TO SHAKE THE WALLS SPEND THE BIGGER BUCKS AND GO WITH SOME BIGGER SPEAKERS AND THE HORSEPOWER TO DRIVE THEM. THIS ONE FITS ME!

My wife wanted to get speakers that would take our TV sound to the next level. Love this Bose because it sounds good, and it takes up no discernable space. I love the fact that it is bluetooth compatible and the remote works great on several components.

This was the perfect addition to my home video viewing experience. The sound is great, and the universal remote nearly addresses all my needs, even for my cable DVR.

I've owned this for month and am currently using this for an upstairs bedroom - it is perfect for it. I didn't want a separate sub taking up space or carrying through the walls. The Solo 15 definitely hits low notes and is very balanced and detailed. If you need more bass, get a sub. The 5 2" speakers can only do so much. The speaker placement is where the Bose, I think, outshines the other sound bases out there. The two speakers on the side provide a simulated surround. With music the side speakers enlarge the soundstage. I was surprised at how much depth the solo provides, for example, backup singers will play mainly through the sides, while lead vocals the front. Most other bases just have front firing speakers. The only issue I had was the bluetooth stopped working a couple of weeks in. It only worked if I unplugged the unit for a few minutes...however after going back to TV it wouldn't switch to bluetooth again. The TV function always worked, but when switching back and forth to bluetooth, the bluetooth wouldn't connect. Bose customer service took care of it with no issues and replaced it quickly with no added cost, so I am pleased. I hope the first one was just a bad batch or something. It is a great system.

Perfect for my living room! Perfect sound, easy set-up and we love the universal remote. Blends in with decor on shelving under a wall mounted tv! Love this product!

I have this under my Sharp/Roku 50" TV in a small TV/office room and it sounds better then the TV watching regular TV. Sounds fantastic while watching movies off Apple TV and listening to music with Airplay from the Macbook. Sounds best when you turn the volume up a little higher with movies & music.

Purchased a 65" TV for our living room, which is fairly big. We weren't happy with the TV sound system. Immediately thought of Bose. This Bose sound bar is an excellent addition as always with Bose. Extremely pleased with this purchase !!!

the sound on Bose Solo is much better than i expected from a single unit. Also the bluetooth pairs very easy.

Way better than listening to tv speakers, even better when listening to music, I must say the only down side is I wish I had a little more bass and a way to notify me when it's on or off. Bluetooth a plus. Would recommend it

Yes, it is more expensive than most. Yes, it doesn't support HDMI. Yes, it doesn't have a front panel display. So what? From a design aspect it is gorgeous, clean lines, good looks and pure function. The lack of display is not even a deal-breaker for me, because the color coded/flashing LEDs on the front are not only helpful, but they weren't distracting at all. The learning/All-in-One remote works very well and is just as beautiful to look at. Bass response is GREAT compared to the non-existent bass from my 46" "smart tv" (which BTW had the best sound I've ever experienced from a TV), and is EASILY adjusted on the remote (with a corresponding LED!). You can also move the enclosure closer to the wall or point it towards a corner for even more bass. Dialog is incredibly clear, even without going in to dialog mode. Does NOT block the remote sensor like the previous center channel speaker did. Finally, this has a digital optical input - HDMI would be a DOWNGRADE, get over it. If your TV does not support optical output, you need a better TV! The install was super easy: Power and optical cable. Done. Movies, music and TV all sound remarkably better, but the wife is super happy since there is NO clutter and she can stream her music from the laptop, tablet or her phone. Everyone is happy... Now, I do have ONE complaint. The "TrueSpace®" signal processing that is supposed to give you more spatial separation needs some work - it pales when compared to the CineMate® 15 - but in all fairness, the Solo 15 Series II was $100 less.

I'm an apartment dweller and don't have sufficient space that needs a 5-speaker surround sound system - nor do I want to run wires. I have used several different sound bars, with and without subwoofers, and this Bose® - Solo 15 Series II TV Sound System has turned out to be the best I've heard. Rich, dynamic sound without having to crank it up. I highly recommend you give this system a try.

Sound is very good for what it is. Some others have complained about its surround capability, this is not a surround system. But the sound far surpasses that of most full surround systems, especially for the price. I wanted to get the cinemate originally, because of the separate sub, but saved $300 and very happy with it.

Great sound out of a small box! Simple setup. Remote works with DirecTV very well. Remote was easy to program as well.

This is a terrific product, another great Bose purchase. Yes, there are sound bars out there with deeper bass. But you're unlikely to find a better overall product--easy to use and looks terrific in your living room. You will instantly get much more enjoyment from your TV.

LOVE THIS!!!! Would recommend to anyone. The sound is so crisp and amazing...and you don't have to constantly turn it up and down, because either you can't hear or its too loud. The sound is perfect all the time

Bose is Boss in sounds. I love it most the Bluetooth connection and recommend to others.

I had a wired surround system before I purchased My Bose. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. All it took to hook up my Bose system was the original plug and a digital optical output. I'm more than satisfied with this purchase. Hope this help other customers looking to upgrade.

Modern Televisions lack the sound quality and this sleek beauty does justice to the price with crystal clear sound. Simple set up and bluetooth option is amazing.
