I first bought Bose speaker system in 2007 and really was I impressed beyond my best expectation, it was more than love at first sight. My recent purchase adds one more useful feature - dialogue mode that I widely used during presidential debates.

My wife and I both love this soundbar. It has clariefied the spoken words, and the "Dialogue" button works wonders for the news and other shows. Highly recommend this soundbar, which replaces a Polk which we have used for the last seven years.

There is no product cheaper than this made by bose. you get this for $200 and quality is pretty decent. if the room is small you dont need anything bigger or more expensive. this is the right one.

We already had Bose audio in a larger room and really enjoy the enhancement it adds to watching tv. The new soundbar is in a moderate sized bedroom, and it is also excellent. The sound and bass is amazing considering the size of the soundbar.

Bose is always a leader in sound system thats why I purchase this for my exercise room. I like the feature where you can hear the dialogue much louder especially when your exrecise machine is loud.

The Bose Sono 5 Sound Bar was easy to install (power and sound plugs). Programmed the DVR remote to turn DVR, TV, and Sound Bar on/off with single button. Sound Bar has richer sound (better base). Great improvement of TV sound.

I have purchased many Bose products and this one rates high on my list as another gem for electronics. The geek guy team gave good knowledge to apply as well for proper use.

I own a true surround Bose system for my living room and decided to try a soundbar for my bedroom. I was surprised when this small bar filled the room with the perfect amount of bass and treble! Great value! Bose knows how to make a great product

Easy to hookup, came with optical cable. In the dialogue mode the sound was greatly improved for hearing the actors talking. Still always can't hear everything, I just think that's the way they make movies now. To much background sound effects.

This aounds awesome on my TV. The reason i bought this was my TV seemed to have a low volume. In my large living room so purchase the sound bar. Performs amazing and would recommend to anyone

there is so much to learn with our NEW TV and Sound bar . But t we now can hear the people talking over the back ground music...Movies are enjoyable again w/out having to rewind to guess what the conversation was !!

I was very excited to give this Bose sound bar a try and especially at this much lower price range. But, I was sorely disappointed in the sound quality. I sounded tinny, weak and without sufficient depth. There was minimal bass even after playing around with the EQ settings. So, I returned it promptly. The only good thing about this was that it was very easy to mount using sound bar mounting brackets to the bottom of my TV. It was very secure and didn't sag downward.

Set for surround sound so we needed something that would provide us with a good quality and you can always count on Bose. The sound bar has really helped a lot and provides great quality of sound for our living room

We have had a number of BOSE products over the years, each with EXCELLENT QUALITY, including a Bose CineMate GS series II digital home theatre system, and that produced sound superior to this unit. (I am not sure why my spouse chose THIS particular product.) The sound seems a bit “flat” compared to a more surround-sound experience (from the above mentioned CineMate unit), but still richer than the sound directly through the new Samsung 65” TV. I do NOT like having to use a separate remote solely for the power and volume of the soundbar V. remote used for all else (cable, WiFi streaming, etc).

I am an AT&T subscriber and the Bose makes a clicking sound whenever I use the remote to change channels or a pre recorded program. The Geek Squad told me that that particular provider hasn't caught up yet to the Bose equipment. It is very annoying

For the price you pay for this soundbar, the sound should be more immersive. Store demo sounded rather good. Got it home and it was pretty blah. For me, best part of this unit was the remote.

Previously I was using a Samsung sound bar and having issues with it's inability to stay on HD. Purchased the Bose sound bar and have not had any problems. It is a great purchase and delivers excellent sound, as does all Bose speakers.

My Mom had a sound bar on her list, but the one she picked out was cheap with poor ratings because she didn't want us spending too much. This one is AMAZING!!! Bose is always high quality and never disappoints. She is happy!!!

I love this sound bar. It provides high quality sound regardless of volume. I love the compact design as well, as I don’t feel like it overwhelms my decor or sticks out under my television.

It does what is needed of it, & the dialogue mode comes in handy for when my mom gets to watch her shows...says it's very crisp & clear when they speak which is great since the TV isn't clear enough for her
